****Austins POV****

I was on my way to find Eli when I got really thirsty. No one was at their tables and I thought maybe Lucy had kept them waiting for some odd reason. So I just sat at our table and waited.

Five minutes passed and I heard a scream and a few loud screams. I ran for life to see what the hell was going on.

I tripped on a bush and fell in a rose garden until I found the scene. Eli was kneeling on the ground coveribg her wedding dress with blood. Her mom and Lucy lay in front of her. Everyone had their phones out for either phone calls or pictures. Dave caught my eye and ran over to me.

"Listen i know, you don't know what's going on, ill fill you in later. But right now, grab your girl before she hurts Elisa. I got her. She's staying here. But You need to get her out of here."

Without saying a word to him I ran to Eli and picked her up. She didn't refuse but instead she fell in to my chest, smudging her makeup.

My poor baby girl.

***Eli's POV***

"Sh. Baby girl, it'll be alright. Sh." I ignored the constant hushing noises and the hand stroking my hair. Not caring who it was either.

I'd rather it'd be me shot and stabbed.

To lose my mom... I'd go crazy. To lose Lucy, no one could feel the void of a little sister. The love and compassion of a mother and sister gone.. to even imagine it is horrifying.

I got up from this strangers arms and ran to my extra bag i had packed for the honeymoon. I can't stay in a dress meant for a happy day covered in my little sister and my mothers blood.

I changed in to a pair of black sweats and a grey hoodie. I put my hair in a pony tail and walked over to the couch. Still ignoring whoever was there.

"Eli?" I couldn't say anything. I opened my mouth but a lump formed in my throat and I just started crying again. "Baby girl, please.."

"I.. they.. it.. me.. Lucy.. Mom.. Gone.. Shot.. Stabbed.. They're.. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME!" I was stuttering and didn't even know what i was saying until the end of my sentence..

It should've been me.
