Double Trouble (requested)

A/N: This one was requested, I changed a few things but I hope you'll like it.

'I don't think it's a good idea, Taylor. We shouldn't do this' you sighed and hugged the naked woman in your bed.

'Your body says otherwise' she tangled her hand in your hair, kissing your forehead gently.

You had no idea how you ended up in a situation like this. Of course you always thought Taylor was beautiful and insanely attractive but she was your friend. Just a friend.

It started a few months ago. You started hanging out a lot, just the two of you. She made you feel oh so comfortable. You felt safe around her.

One night you were watching Friends in her penthouse, sharing a bottle of red wine. Your favorite one. You loved how she paid attention to every little detail.

'You're so wonderful, Y/N' she stroked your cheek. 'I know I shouldn't say that but I really wanna kiss you right now' she looked in your eyes, nervous that she just ruined everything with that one little statement. You didn't say anything, you just let out a little giggle that gave Taylor a big confidence boost. 'Can I kiss you?' she whispered, being just centimeters away from your lips. You were too weak to give her a proper answer, you just nodded your head. You wanted her. You needed her. 

She's been there for you in the past six months emotionally and physically, too. You've never been more in love before. Taylor was perfect, she knew exactly how to treat you as her equal partner, how to love you right, how to handle you and of course, how to pleasure you in bed. Safe to say, your relationship was passionate, wild, crazy and beautiful ever since that day.

'You don't feel guilty at all?' you asked her, carefully caressing her back.

'Why would I? I love you, more than I've ever loved anyone before. It's not like you cheated on her, baby.'

'I know, I know. It just doesn't feel right. Hailee is one of your best friends and she was the one who introduced us to each other a few years ago. In parentheses, I was dating her back then...'

'Okay, that sounds bad when you say it like that' Taylor sighed and pushed you a little away, so she could look in your eyes. 'But it just happened. I can't control my feelings, especially when they're this strong. Trust me, hurting Hailee is the last thing I want to do but I want to be with you, Y/N. More than anything and if that upsets Hailee or it makes her mad, so be it. You guys broke up ages ago anyways.'

'Four years ago. And I mean, she has a new girlfriend now, she shouldn't be upset about us, right?'

'Totally' Taylor agreed.

An awkward silence took place in the room. You both knew that it's gonna hurt Hailee a lot. Her best friend and her ex girlfriend ending up together wasn't something that the actress has ever seen coming.

'Speaking of the devil...' Taylor chuckled nervously when Hailee's name popped off on her phone's screen.

'Hey, Haiz, how are you?' the older woman answered the call.

'Taylor, hi. Good, good. Do you have some time for one of your best friends today? I really need to talk to you about something important' Hailee sighed.

'Uhm, give me a minute Hailee, let me check something' Taylor muted herself and looked at you.

'She wants to meet tonight. Do you mind if I go? I know we were supposed to spend the whole day together but she said it's important.'

'Taylor, it's totally okay, just go. I'm curious what she wants' you giggled along with your girlfriend. She nodded her head and unmuted Hailee.

'Where would you like to meet?'

*Later that day*

'It's so good to see you, Tay. It's been ages' Hailee stood up and pulled her friend into a big hug who just got to the restaurant. 

The two had been super busy with work (and Taylor with you, of course) lately that it was the first time seeing each other after months.

'It's good to see you too, Hailee. You look amazing! How's 26 treating you?' Taylor smirked.

'So far so great. How about you grandma? Are you feeling 33?' joked the younger actress.

'It's been the best to be honest. I don't think I've ever been happier. Everything is working out so good, I have a sold out tour, the Midnights feedbacks are great and everything is just amazing with Y/N. I'm just so happy.'

'With Y/N? What do you mean?' and that's when Taylor realized what she said. She was too scared to say anything to Hailee so she just looked at her with guilt written all over her face, hoping that the brunette in front of her will understand what's going on. And luckily, Hailee did.

'So you guys are a thing now or what?' she chuckled nervously. 

'You can say that, I guess. We're together. We've been for almost 7 months now.'

'Wow, okay. I need a moment. And a drink' the actress let out a heavy breath that she was holding in.

'Okay, look. We definitely weren't planning to end up together, I don't even know how it happened. We've been hanging out a lot in the past year and I fell in love. We both did, actually. We kept it a secret because we didn't want to upset you. And to be honest, Hailee, if you're gonna be mad about it, be mad, I don't care. I love her more than anything, I'm happier than ever and I'm just grateful that I've got a chance to love her and be with her because she's the best thing that has ever happened to me. She's the best thing I've ever had.'

'I'm not mad at you Taylor. I'm not mad at Y/N either. I just wish you'd told me earlier. And she really is amazing. Trust me, you don't wanna let her go. I made that mistake once, I know what I'm talking about. So please, just be the woman she deserves, be the partner she deserves, okay? I'm not saying it's not weird and I'll definitely need some time to get use to that thought but I'm okay with it. Not like you need my permission, but I'm okay with it as long as you make her happy. Well, as long as you make each other happy. Hailee smiled.

'Thank you' Taylor grinned from ear to ear. 'I feel weird to talk about it with you, so what's the important thing you wanted to talk about?'

'Oh yes! Ella asked me to marry her and I said yes' Hailee giggled, happiness written all over her face. On the other hand, Taylor almost choked on her Old Fashioned.

'So basically you're engaged and here I was being nervous about the whole Y/N situation' Taylor playfully roller her eyes. 'Congratulations! This is amazing news!'

'Thank you' Hailee smiled. 'Well, if things go south with Y/N and the same happens with me and Ella, we can always switch partners because clearly we have a really similar taste in women.'

'Girl, that just sounds so wrong, please' Taylor laughed along with Hailee. 'I'm happy for you Haiz.'

'And I'm happy for you, Tay. Trust me, Y/N is different than your previous partners, she's a gem.'

'She sure is. I love her so much.'

'Good. As you should' Hailee said with a serious tone in her voice but a little smile formed on her lips. 

The night went great, the two friends could catch up a little, but to tell the truth, Taylor couldn't wait to go back to your place and tell you everything about the conversation she had with Hailee. It was a big relief for her and she was 100% sure it's gonna be for you as well. She just couldn't wait to finally be open about you relationship. She just wanted to tell the whole world how madly in love with you she is.
