"saiki..?"

i stood in shock, seeing a familiar pink haired guy suddenly in front of me, in my bedroom. his face was a bit emotionless, but also showing slight distress. this was really awkward. he suddenly appeared in front of me while i was looking for the giant power source. 

wait, maybe he could be the power source. wait. how do i know this isn't a dream? i mean, i'm still probably delusional. maybe this is a dream, since i've being thinking of saiki way too often. yeah, for sure. 

i pinched myself, closing my eyes, waiting to wake up. i looked back and saw saiki disappear once more. huh? so, was that a dream or was that actually saiki? i know physics exist, so he could be one, but saiki...

eh, i mean the possibility is large. he always wants to be normal, he disappears at moments, it seems the disasters like fires and accidents don't occur around him much, or at all actually, and he's always gone when there is and it gets solved immediately.

don't tell me that it's him fixing our problems. wait, he could be the one who made me think of coffee jelly randomly. does he know that i have powers? 

i saw the pink haired guy appear in front of me once more, with a frown. "good grief, i didn't think you would find out this fast." he told me, his frowning face never changing. wait, he didn't open his mouth. 

"huh?" i made a confused face. "i'm a physic." he said, a blank expression on his face as his shoulders straightened. i was about to blow up, but i didn't. i just silently gasped. "yeah. you expected this, right? i read your thoughts when i teleported away." saiki walked to my desk, leaning. 

woah woah woah, he can read my mind? "yes i can." "oh." i said, hiding my face, i mean of course i was a bit flustered, someone knew my thoughts! those are embarrassing. "i know about your powers. i'm here to help you strive with them." he said, crossing his arms.

"hey wait, i want to forget about these powers, not increase the power." i said, scrunching my eyebrows together. "then what did i just see in the kitchen earlier? nice pudding power." he said, cracking a small smile.

"okay, but it cannot be let out that i have any power. i trust you. i can't have the same thing happen in this country." i said, almost glaring at saiki. it's for my own good, i mean, i was used by my own friends, almost kidnapped and used for political reasons.

he told me about all of his many powers, making me feel inferior. "show me your power. it's energy collecting, correct?" he said, waiting for my answer. "yeah. just tell me what to make." "coffee jelly." he said, pushing his glasses up and talking to me telepathically. (which i just found out.) 

i put some sugar onto my hand, slowly gathering the energy around the room, forming a giant coffee jelly. turns out, saiki was depositing some of his energy around the room to help me.

"this is huge, usually there isn't this much." i said, trying to hold the coffee jelly which was about the size of my face. "i took out some of my energy to help you." he smirked, grabbing the coffee jelly and putting it in a bowl as big as the hoop of a basketball net. 

he started chewing and smiling, really cutely. oh wait, i remembered, someone came up to me and gave me these earrings, saying if they met someone who was also a physic to wear it. i think he was blonde, but it was when i was still in london. 

i grabbed them and put them on. they were only clip earrings. saiki, do you like my earrings? i asked, well, in my head at least. he didn't even bat an eyelid. did he not hear me? hello, saiki?? i thought. 

helpful. well, i kinda stared at saiki for a bit until he told me to stop. "hey saiki, can you hear anything from my mind right now?" i asked, tilting my head. "no, you're as silent as nendo. he's just a big dumb guy though, how come i can't hear yours?" saiki got up from my desk, leaving an empty bowl and spoon. 

"there was this guy in london who gave me these earrings, he was blonde and told me if i met another physic to wear them." i said. his eyes widened, taking the earrings off and looking through, unscrewing it. 

"kusuke." he said, an angry expression on his face. he broke the earrings, burning what remains. "he put a location device and speakers." saiki said, fixing his hair. i had my mouth open agape. i gripped my head and just stared.

"it's my brother. not only did he put a tracking device, he also made it impossible for me to read your mind." 

woah. that's surprising. first from england, then to canada, then to philippines, and now to japan. he's been tracking me ever since. it's okay now. 

i looked at saiki, him staring at me with almost caring eyes. it's fine. not a big deal. i didn't wear it, i only brought it around. i lost it at one point. all good.

i made more coffee jelly and stuffed my mouth with it. "oh yeah, did i tell you? i have only made food so far with my powers. i haven't practiced making anything else." i said, scratching the back of my head awkwardly as if nothing happened.

"uh it's fine, we'll develop your powers anyways. in a few days, get ready. i'll come get you after school. though, be aware that we might have to ditch kaidou and nendo." he said, getting ready to go back home. "after school? i would've thought you would come to my house at 6AM. wait, are you a deep sleeper? unexpected." i said with a tease.

he just gave me a stern look back, blankly looking at my face. i almost burst out laughing. it wasn't that funny, his face was. he teleported back to his house and we separated. 

woah, i just had a pink haired physic appear randomly in my house after i took a shower. and he's HELPING ME DEVELOP MY POWERS. AND HE FOUND A TRACKING DEVICE FROM HIS BROTHER. this was a weird day. i couldn't really complain though, i finally know about this cold, secretive guy.
