ᴘᴏꜱꜱᴇꜱꜱɪᴠᴇ, ᴏʙꜱᴇꜱꜱɪᴠᴇ (𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘬𝘪 𝘬𝘶𝘴𝘶𝘰)

𝖈𝖍𝖆𝖕𝖙𝖊𝖗 5 (𝔯𝔞𝔪𝔢𝔫 𝔱𝔦𝔪𝔢)

continuing from where we left off...

nendo and kaidou, the new people i've met after being a transfer student from another class. i was walking with them and saiki, the one who lent me his jacket. i was annoyed by the two but they were fun, i just hope they don't cause a racket and make me stand out.

"are we almost there yet?!" kaidou said, out of breath. "it's only been 15 minutes." saiki said, surprisingly not opening his mouth. maybe i'm just seeing things. "saiki?" i heard a pitched voice.

it was teruhashi, well now i'm for sure gonna get noticed. i just walked normally with the quite chaotic group, it seems saiki is the only normal one here. at least teruhashi's beauty will get us free ramen. 

we stopped in front of a very concerning place of choice for ramen. it looked like it was out of business. teruhashi thought for a bit, hesitating but going inside. "wait teruhashi! this is such a disgusting place, nendo. nobody is going to eat here." kaidou said, glaring at nendo. 

"oh. let's go eat somewhere else." nendo said blankly. we walked and found a place called 'cafe mami'. i hope it has coffee jelly, or any sweets. i'm dying for sugar right now. "nah, i wanna go get ramen." nendo said, picking his nose.

this dumbass. i glared towards him, getting whiplash. it seemed saiki did the same. i sighed and walked again with them. we finally arrived at a decent place to eat. a ramen place, but it didn't seem bad.

we picked up chiyo, yet another person from our class. she seemed lovestruck for kaidou, literally everyone noticed except him. i, as the good person i am, said "hey, you like kaidou right? it's so obvious hehe!" 

chiyo looked like she was about to puke. "wh- wha-!? is it really that obvious!?" she exclaimed. she sulked but came back to me. "hey, you're that new student in our class right? y/n, was it? i'm pretty sure i saw you in a different class." chiyo pointed out. "yes! you can just call me yan! and you're chiyo?"

she nodded and that was the start of our friendship. she was the first i would call my friend out of this entire group, as i know teruhashi is only there to impress, (but doing it awfully good and with lots of care and caution) and nendo and kaidou are just super dumb.

saiki? well, i haven't really thought about him. he did lend me his jacket so i would consider him as a friend, but he's not really talkative so i can't tell. 

we ordered at the table. giant bowls of ramen came right to us. honestly, i'm surprised, it looks really good. nendo started eating like a pig, and kaidou burning his tongue first thing. saiki looked blank with a neutral expression. chiyo and teruhashi were smiling, chiyo for her crush (which was super obvious) and teruhashi making a fake smile to look perfect.

i started to slurp the noodles, casually grinning because of its taste. would've rather went for coffee jelly or mochi but this is still good. i drank some of the broth and ate my best. that's when kaidou started yelling non-stop at nendo.

"nendo you idiot! you got me drenched in ramen broth!" kaidou was fuming. "oh sorry small guy. here's some tissue." he handed kaidou some tissues and kept eating. i watched while also feeling something burn a hole in the back of my head. 

is someone staring? i was confused and looked around. probably just a mistake. i paid for my ramen and walked with them home. 

"okay guys, this is my neighborhood, thank you for walking me home, good night." i waved goodbye. saiki left before me, quite suddenly. he left a few minutes before i paid. well, it's normal. 

i felt that i was being watched for the entirety of my walk, but it's probably just a feeling, right? i looked around frantically until i reached home. closing the door, i saw bright pink hair and quickly opened the door again. 

i must be delusional.

good grief. 

i was walking to a ramen place with these two idiots and yan. her thoughts seemed to be normal, no physic anything whatsoever. her thoughts just seemed to contain i hope i don't get noticed and regular thoughts like that.

kaidou was panting, asking if we were there yet. i responded with a face palm, "it's only been 15 minutes." i said, telepathically between the 4 of us. yan did get a bit suspicious, but she just shook it off. 

that was when i heard teruhashi's thoughts.

  saiki! who's this? a girl? she's too average, nobody will notice her with me around. i should go confront and say hi! i'll make all of their days. after all, i'm beautiful on the outside and the inside! 

"saiki?" she said, with a high pitch. i ignored her basically. i looked at her and kept walking. THAT'S ALL?! 

what a pain, this will cause so much attention. i thought. well, i guess me and yan think alike. we all kept walking, me and yan being the only normal ones in this chaotic group. i could tell she was thinking that too.

at least teruhashi's beauty will get us free ramen. smart tactic, yan. we stopped in front of a garbage, out of business ramen restaurant. teruhashi hesitated and thought i need to look perfect, don't be spoiled. 

she walked towards the ramen shop when kaidou stopped her and made us continue walking. we stopped in front of my favourite place to eat coffee jelly, cafe mami. i heard yan's thoughts, i hope this place has coffee jelly or any sweets. good thinking. we were about to walk in when nendo stopped us and said he wanted ramen. 

both me and yan glared at him but continued walking. while walking, kaidou found chiyo walking before we entered the new ramen place nendo found, so they invited her to join.

for some reason, yan is really good at guessing things. i ignored that since it wasn't important, though. she thought about this group, thinking that chiyo is basically her first friend. 

hey, how about me? i lent you my jacket.

i thought, my eyebrows furrowing. when did i care?  i just ignored this weird feeling and heard her think about me. we started eating and while eating she had also thought about wanting sweets more then this.

nendo spilled ramen broth all over kaidou, close to reaching yan, of course, i stopped it from reaching her. it would be a pain to get it off her uniform, i was just thinking for the best, i don't want her to get bothered. 

i started staring at her unconsciously and looked away once she had turned around. 

once we finished our ramen, i paid first and left. well, 'left'. i was waiting for yan so i could follow her home. no, it's not weird. it's all for her protection, i can't let anyone touch her. they walked her to her neighborhood and said their goodbyes. 

it seemed she had also lived in my neighborhood, close by satou. how did i not know this? she went into her house and my invisibility went off, causing me to be seen. she opened her door, but i just teleported as fast as possible.

damn, that was close. good grief.
