Para akong tanga na umiiyak doon habang nakaluhod siya sa harapan ko. He's still holding my hand, obviously waiting for my answer. Tinignan ko si Mommy na ngayon ay yakap-yakap na ni ate Julienne. Both of them are crying as they watch me being dearly loved by the man of my dreams.

Mariin naman ang tingin sa amin ni Daddy. Tita Aezel, meanwhile, is shedding tears too but there's a hint of a smile on her face. At si Saff, nakataas iyong phone niya. I'm pretty sure she's capturing a memory of this dramatic yet beautiful moment in my life. When our eyes meet, she wiggles her brows and her face clearly reflects happiness.

My sobs never stopped. To tell you the truth, I'd never see this coming... So to watch him on his knees, in front of me, gives me an unexplainable mix of emotions. Parang nasa karera ang puso ko sa bilis ng tibok nito. Hindi rin ako makahinga ng maayos.

Pinangarap ko lang 'to dati. Ngayon, nangyayari na.

"Azarel... baby are you sure?" I asked him as I cupped his jaw. I was afraid he might back out once we start living in the same place. 'Coz I know I'm not perfect. I know there are traits and parts of me that will remain unlovable, even if I try so hard to improve them. "You know I have a lot of flaws. I honestly never saw myself as a wife material because—" I was starting to pour out all the reasons I have that might possibly urge him to reconsider his proposal, but he immediately cut me off.

"I don't care, Juliet. To me, you are beyond perfect to be my lifetime partner. You're the right fit for me. I have flaws too, but you made me accept them. You make me feel complete. Without you, I swear to God... I will mean nothing," hinanap niya ang mga mata kong punong-puno pa rin ng mga luha hanggang ngayon. "Please, baby... let me help you embrace your flaws. Let me spend the rest of my life with you. Let's build our family together."

Pumikit siya ng mariin. "This may sound too corny, but screw the fuck out of it. Gusto kong maging haligi ng tahanan mo..."

Parang hinaplos ang puso ko sa sinabi niyang iyon.

My tears continuously fell as I slowly nodded my head to him, feeling every bit of the sensation. "Yes... fucking yes, I'll marry you!"

I mean, who fucking wouldn't?!

And right after he slid the ring on my finger, he scooped me onto his arm and gave me the tightest and warmest embrace I could ever receive. He kissed me and praised me. In front of our parents. In front of my best friend. In front of all these people who witnessed our love.

"Azarel," Daddy suddenly spoke. Nang marinig ang malamig na boses niya ay dahan-dahan akong ibinaba ni Azarel para pormal na harapin ang Daddy ko.

"Sir," Azarel politely addressed him. I took that as an opportunity to slip my hand between his fingers.

"Take care of her," sinulyapan niya ako. "Take care of my daughter."

Without a second thought, tumango agad si Azarel. Nagkatinginan sila na para bang sa tinginan na iyon ay muli silang nag-usap. Tumikhim si Daddy bago dahan-dahang humakbang papalapit sa direksyon nina Mommy. I observed them closely. Mommy shifted her gaze away, but that expression is very familiar to me. Sa huli, si ate Julienne ang humarap kay Daddy.

"Let's go home," ani Daddy. "We'll go back here when they give us the date of their wedding. Or when our presence is needed."
