A little goes a long way [13]

After my awesome birthday surprise with all my friends, both Taehyung and I were working long and hard.

I have been chosen to design and collaborate with a Jewellery line, " Diamond Blings" a jewellery line with  real diamonds, crystals and special stones.

Designing them and seeing them come to life felt surreal! I would never thought that I would be given an opportunity like this!

Taehyung's ankle sprain was better and he continued doing what he did best!

It has been a few months already, like 6 months...

Boy was my boyfriend different... Not a bad difference but a good one.

He seems more loving and affectionate lately. But I can't say that I don't enjoy it...

The both of us slowed down on pranks and more vlogs if we could.

While I was in the living room, I was eagerly waiting for an email.

As soon as the notification, I clicked it in a split second. " diamondblings sent an email"

" Miss Yang, we are pleased to say that we have sent a sample of the rings, bracelet and necklace you designed. Please update us if you would love any changes to the jewellery collection made by your creativity, if there is nothing you would want to change, we'll arrange a photoshoot with you and the amazing collection! You should expect the package to come today or tomorrow, thank you! - The Diamond Blings Team"

"Yes!" I exclaimed, excited for the package to arrive.

I typed my reply, "Hi, thanks for reaching out so quickly, I'm super thankful for this opportunity you guys have given me. I'm so excited to see my creation come to life! Once again, I'll contact you if there are any comments. -Miss Yang Y/n. "

Satisfied with my reply, I sent it.

I took out my camera.

"Hello, Yanim Fam! It's your girl, y/n here! Taehyung is a little busy today so it's just me today... Anyways, I have the biggest surprise ever! I have been working on something for the last 6 months. Ya, ever since my birthday! Shoutout to my bestie, Jennie for making this happen!"

As I was speaking, the doorbell rang! "Let me go get it."

Opening the door, I saw no one but a box! I hope it's the jewellery pieces!

"Okay, I just received a package and let's hope that is what I'm excited about!"

Using the penknife, I cut it open. "Omg! I see some Blings!"

I took it out while filming so my audience would have a live reaction to me.

"Yes! It is!"

"As I was saying, I designed my very own jewellery collection! I know, it's a huge opportunity for me so I really appreciate it."

"In this collection, it's completely real diamonds. There are 2 rings, 1 bracelet and 1 necklace to tie it all together."

" I feel like this collection really expressed myself through the creativity of designing it."

"I viewed it to be simple for a lady's daily jewellery wear. Without feeling too much bling but just the right amount of bling."

I laid all the pieces on the table and filmed a mini montage.

" Ring 1 has diamonds and a little pattern on it. Ring 2 has a flower with diamonds and again, some more patterns around it!"

"This bracelet has a butterfly, my favourite flower, the camellia flower and heart shapes all around!"

"The necklace is a mix of everything."

"I'm super excited for this to launch. Please stay tuned for my photoshoot and launch party!"

[A FEW DAYS LATER]

Meeting up with the person in charge was very pleasant. She was friendly and just as excited as I am for the pieces to launch."

It was photoshoot day! One was curling my hair and the other was touching up my makeup. I was recording too.

"Anyone called for delivery?" Taehyung walked into the dressing room with my coffee and what seemed to be flowers.

"Yes, I need my coffee right now!" I grabbed it from his hands and chugged it down.

"Congratulations, babe. I'm so proud of you!" He pecked my forehead and handed me the flowers, camellia flowers.

"Aw, you're too sweet! Thank you, my love." I sniffed the flowers, making me even happier.

"I'll be waiting until your photoshoot is done. Don't worry, I'll also be recording the behind-the-scenes."

"Miss Yang? You're up."

I took a deep breath and sat down on the set.

Wearing the jewellery pieces, I smiled confidently for the camera.

"Yes, very nice! Now look to your right a little... " The photographer said.

[TIME SKIP]

"We need you for a few more signatures for the launch this Friday. Please, follow me." The organiser of the event led me to a room with papers.

"Be right back!" I pecked his cheek and followed her.

[A FEW MORE SIGNATURES LATER...]

Finally, I was done with the paperwork.

"We can go now!" I grabbed my purse and left with my boyfriend.

We hopped on the bus together and enjoyed a moment of relaxation.

"The jewellery line is called "Diamond Blings, right?"

I nodded with a "Why?" after. "Oh nothing, my friend is looking for some jewellery with discount codes."

It felt suspicious but I didn't let that bother me.

Back at home, I went straight to bed, feeling very exhausted.
