Busy [7]

[A FEW WEEKS LATER]

Being a basketball player was not easy,  and I could tell. Taehyung went to multiple trainings and work outs.

I knew I had to understand him but I also felt so bored. It was going to be different today.

Since he normally works out in the morning, I went to surprise him at the gym.

I was never the type to get up early and go for like a run but I just needed some time together.

All in my sports wear, I tied my hair and walked into the gym, trying to spot him.

He had to be at the treadmill first.

Finally spotted him, "Need a workout buddy?" I casually spoke.

"Babe! What are you doing here?" He got off and hugged me.

"Well if you don't want me here I could just go-"

"I didn't say that, I'm just surprised that you're here! So early in the morning!" He said.

"You've been so busy lately I barely see you in the morning. Simple questions like 'Have you eaten?' didn't escape my mouth."

We continued working out until it was time to leave.

Back at home, Taehyung went to change, and in a flash, he left to the basketball stadium for his daily training.

I sighed knowing that I was only able to see him at night.

My phone rang and it was Yong Ho. Surprise,  I answered the phone.

"Noona! I'm feeling bored, Eomma and Appa went out to meet a friend. Can we have some food together?"

"We both know that I will be paying. Aish, I'm free anyways, meet you at our favourite restaurant." I hung up the phone and went to get ready.

[AT THE RESTAURANT]

"Yong Ho-ah!" I waved at him. "Noona!" He greeted then sat down.

We opened the menus and ordered what we wanted.

Once the food came, Yong Ho realised how quiet I was.

"Something is wrong, right?" He asked. "Yes and no."

"I honestly don't know. I feel like a attention seeker right now. Taehyung has been as busy as a bee while I'm been as free as a bird!"

"I'm just worried about him. He hasn't had breakfast, lunch and sometimes dinner with me in a while!" I vented.

Grabbing the cup of water and I drank it as fast as I could.

"Basketball is his passion! You have to understand..." He replied.

"Filming videos about myself is no fun. I miss the pranks I do on him!"

After a while, I was done taking out my frustration. I paid and walked around the nearby park with my brother.

"Okay, I need to go home before they come back, thanks for the meal noona!"

I stayed until he was gone to the bus stop.

[AT HOME]

Resting my entire body on the couch, binge watching my korean dramas.

It was 6 pm and I didn't expect Taehyung to he back home yet.

To my surprise, my dear boyfriend came home early today.

"Babe! You're home!" He looked a little pale so I grabbed a cup of water for him.

He drank it and went to shower. Feeling that something is wrong, I sat on the bed waiting for him.

[TAEHYUNG'S POV]

Damn, I should've eaten my lunch earlier, I feel so light-headed.

I didn't want y/n to worry so I quickly went to shower.

After i was done, I came out.

Taking one more step, I blacked out.

[Y/N'S POV]

As he took a other step, he blacked out. I panicked and checked his temperature.

He was having a fever! I carried him to the bed, hoping that he would be fine.

"Taehyung-ah, why do you not listen to me?"

He then finally opened his eyes. "Thank God you are okay!" I hugged him.

"I don't care if you have training tomorrow.  You are staying here. At home. You don't even eat properly!"

"What if you fainted outside?" I spoke. "And now you have a fever! I'm gonna get-"

Catching me by surprise,  he pecked my cheek. "Nag all you want, but I'm hungry now."

"So you are hungry now? You scared me, Kim Taehyung!" I hit his chest.

[AFTER FEEDING THE GUY]

"That was yummy!"He placed the bowl on the nightstand.

"Bet you didn't taste food in days, right?"

"I already said I'm sorry, what more do you want?" I looked at him, "Promise me you'll eat properly? And I want cuddles."

He chuckled and nodded.

I tucked myself into bed and cuddled him.
