For days, I rarely spoke to Taehyung. He tried to talk to me but I was afraid and not in the mood to talk.
I knew he wanted to talk about the entire baby thing but I just didn't want to, at least not right now.
I went into the kitchen to grab a cup of water when Taehyung walked into the house, all sweaty from practice.
"Hey, my love, how's your day?" He asked while wiping his sweat. "Good."
"Y/n-" I cut him off by walking back upstairs. He sighed, threw his hair back, and hit the counter frustratedly.
It was already 10 pm and he said he was going to be back late and he did. Tired as I was, I lay on the bed, looking at the view from the window.
Taehyung walked in and went into the bathroom for a shower.
He came out shirtless and joined me on the bed. "Y/n, please talk to me?" he begged. "I'm not in the mood to talk to you right now. I'm tired."
As I wanted to cover myself with the duvets, he stopped me by grabbing my wrist. He held on to my wrist and made me face him. His hair was soaked, without a shirt on.
I closed my eyes and took a closer look at his chest.
It was a tattoo?! I was shocked, when did he get it? "What did you do to your skin!" I freaked out with my hands covering my mouth.

"Are you out of your mind, Kim frickin' Taehyung? Why did you tattoo my name?!" I hit his chest, shocked, worried, and confused about why he did it.
"Mrs Kim Y/n is you. My mother's maiden surname is Kim too. I got her name the moment I turned 18. She meant so much to me that I had to do this."
"When we got engaged, I went ahead to tattoo this "Mrs" Look, what I'm saying is, I was and I still am lost without my mother, and I don't want our baby to grow up without an amazing, strong and spectacular mother you'll be. I don't want to force you if you're scared to face pregnancy."
"I admire women that go through pregnancy. Women are the reason the world keeps running. But even if you are pregnant or not, I still love you. Yes, it was wrong of you to take the pills behind my back but I understood why you took them."
"Though you could have told me why you took it, I still appreciate you opening up to me about your brother's life and your pregnancy fears. I needed a mother more than ever when she passed and my father couldn't talk about things only a mother can,"
"If there's anyone that I would want to parent with, it's you. it's always you. Because I know you'll make the best mother in the world. A mother is everything in a child's life."
As he continued talking, I sat there with tears rolling down my cheeks as I tried to smile since he was being so sweet.
"We don't need a baby now, it just has always been my dream of being a father. But I promise you, with all my heart, I'll be there for you every step of the way throughout your pregnancy, just like how every excited and determined father would be."
"It was wrong of me to shout at you. You were right, you tried to tell me you weren't ready. I was so so stupid to even get you a lingerie for our exchange gift wedding night. So, I got you this."
He took a bag and passed it to me, it was earrings, a Miss Dior perfume with a handwritten "I'm sorry" card. "Aw, taehyung..." I hugged him, crying.
"Each and every day, you remind me why I fell for you. I love you so so much!"
"You know, I admire your mother." I said as tears kept rolling down my cheeks, "Why?"
"She got gifted such an angel! She raised such a son! She taught you everything about how to treat a woman right! I'm so honored that I'm the lucky girl to marry you."
Taehyung smiled and wiped the tears off of my puffy face.
"You're forgetting something." I looked at him confused. "What is it?"
"She raised such a handsome son too!" he said, making my mood lighten up. "Come here." He spread his arms as we cuddled together.
"It's so sweet of you to tattoo your mother's name but I don't think adding my name was necessary, don't you think so?"
