Cher's performance came to an end at around midnight. It had, of course, been out of this world. After an evening of being swung around the dance floor to my hearts content, Georgia led me out of the building with the rest of the crowd.

We soon found ourselves under a canopy of stars whilst I struggled to slow my heartbeat in the cold night air. I silently wondered if this was due to the dancing or the charming company. Georgia gently placed her suede jacket over my shoulders with a wink.

"Don't want my lady getting a chill now, do we?"

I giggled as she placed her cowboy hat on my head.

"Now there's a picture."

We locked eyes. The intensity almost scared me, could I really let this continue?

"Where's your car?" I blurted out.

"Car?!" cried Georgia "Woah there! I didn't DRIVE HERE!"

And with that she hit her fist against the side of the building and a horse came trotting out.

"This is my transport for the night. Ol'  Sugarplum here will take ya where ya need to go, partner."

"Well," I sighed hesitantly "I have a hotel room I should be getting back to..."

"Say no more, cowgirl." Georgia quickly swung herself up onto the noble stallion, reaching over to take the hat back off of my head. Sugarplum suddenly became spooked. She whinnied and bucked, throwing the succulent blonde into the air like a mere paper doll.

"Woah there!" She cried as she fell to the ground with a thud.

"Oh my, Georgia! Are you okay?!" I cried.

The honky tonk woman stirred dizzily. "I'll be fine, y/n. I'm a tough ol' boot. I think I may have done some gamage though!"

"Gamage?!"

"Damage to the gams, babe. A cowgirls' worst nightmare."

Well, I thought, I can hardly leave her here to find her way home alone. I offered her my hand.

"Let me help you get back to your place."

"You'll take me back to the ranch? That would be gamazing!"

We both giggled at the pun as I wedged myself under her armpit for support. This was going to be a long night.
