"is that Ricky's shoe?" Gina asks Madi as they stand outside Nini's apartment. There is a shoe lying in the corridor. Madi snickers "yes, yes it is"
"Wasn't she dropping him off to his house?"
"Mhm but it was his car so I'm guessing he stayed the night here? I don't know, the car ride was pretty funny though he was so wasted"
Madilyn puts the key in the door gently turning it, she peeks into the apartment and immediately clasps her mouth with her palm. She turns back her Gina who is standing there confused. "LOOK AT THIS" she whisper yells. Gina peeks into the apartment, slowly mirroring Madi's expression.

The girls are still standing at the door. "Gina stop taking pictures and come inside with me" Madi says trying not to laugh loudly. They walk into the tiny apartment stepping over Ricky's jeans, standing next to the couch unsure of what to do.
"uhh Nini, hey, good morning" Gina says softly. She then taps Nini's shoulder, which causes Nini to start stirring. Ricky's grip tightens around her waist, which is evidently Madi's breaking point because she starts laughing loudly. Gina slaps her arm which only makes her laugh more. Both figures on the couch start stirring. Nini wakes up first, she blinks a few time then looks up at the girls then at Ricky and realizes what's happening. She jumps up and out of his grip looking at Gi and Madi and repeats the phrase "shut up shut up shut up" multiple times at them before running into the bathroom.
Ricky slowly gets up, his head pounding from his hangover. He sits up confused "what..what am I doing here?" he tilts his head and looks and Gi and Madi then brings his attention back to himself. "WHY AM I NAKED????!?!?!?!?!"
Madi collapses laughing on the other couch while Gina tosses his his jeans from the floor also laughing. "Do you seriously not remember?" she asks him. He quickly puts his jeans on and drinks water trying to recall last night. He sits on the couch with the girls slowly remembering bits and pieces.
OH GOD WAIT DID I DO SOMETHING WITHOUT HER BEING COMFORTABLE WITH IT he thinks to himself, replaying it in his head. He freezes for a moment, "shit" he whispers and rushes to the bathroom thinking he triggered something, barging in. "Ricky wait what are you-" Madi starts out.
"RICHARD WHAT THE FUCK" Nini squeals, grabbing the towel from the sink and holding it to herself trying to cover up. Gina and Madi sit on the couch looking at the closed bathroom door in pure confusion.
Ricky freezes, his whole face now bright red. "you're okay" he mumbles. She stares at him like she's going to kill him; she is in her bra and underwear (and the towel in front of her). "Why wouldn't I be okay?" she asks. His hand is fiddling with the back of his neck as his vision flickers between Nini and the floor , mostly on the floor "I thought- I.. i thought i did something without consent" "you didn't you idiot.."
"oh my god i said all that stuff" he says now remembering more of their shared moment. She chuckles lightly "yeah you did"
Slowly his anxiety eases, replaced by butterflies and a flustered demeanor, she looks up at her and then his eyes go wide, a grin creeping onto his face. "oh god you're gonna kill me" he says softly. "what?"
"Ace, have you looked in the mirror? He asks smirking very slightly. She raises an eyebrow at him and looks in the mirror. She tilts her head eyes trailing up and down her neck. She turns to him with an expression that is a interesting blend of amusement and anger. She proceeds to take the towel and then hit him with it as he goofily tries to hop around the very small bathroom to avoid her tiny, ineffectual (not so) fists. She eventually throws the towel over his head and walks over to the sink, using concealer to cover up the marks on her neck. He stands in the corner, taking the towel of his head and staring at her, as his cheeks flush a deep shade of red again.
"stop staring" she giggles at him, he smiles at her shyly, slightly embarrassed. "you're unreal" he says blushing, stepping towards her "you. nina salazar roberts. enchant me." he says barely above a whisper, staring down at her. "you. richard bowen. are an absolute dork" she replies, making him laugh. He lift her up hugging her, spinning around. "can we talk, about.. about us?" he asks, stilling hugging her. "yes.." she replies "tonight?" he puts her down. "Mhm" he says. "Can you get me a turtle neck from my cupboard please?" she asks rolling her eyes. "In a minute" he lifts her up again as they giggle like idiots.
Madi and Gina are on the couch with Cosmo unintentionally listening to bits and pieces of conversation and giggles coming through the door.
"I think they've forgotten we're here" Madi says. "Hey look, there's a cat bed.. in her apartment" Gi smiles.
"Also wasn't the t-shirt she was wearing the same one Ricky wore when we very hanging out last weekend?" Gina speculates. "it was!" Madi says.
"just friends, sure"
"yup"
