CAL'S POV:

I buttoned up my polo and and folded my sleeves while checking my reflection on my full size mirror. My eyes shift to a pen on my desk. It was unfamiliar to me. I don't know who it belongs to at mas lalong hindi ko alam kung paano ito napunta dito.

Kumunot ang noo ko nang naalala kong nakapasok nga pala si Ivy dito sa private room ko, I assumed the pen belongs to her.

Lumabas ako sa'king private room at nagtungo sa second floor para ibigay kay Ivy ang ballpen na naiwan niya.

"The fuck is happening here," My brows knitted together when I saw chaos.

I went closer to the crowd that I have no idea what's causing it. Hindi ko na kailangang sumiksik, when they saw me, they voluntary stepped aside and made way for me.

I saw two men—or boys rather, fighting. I refuse to call them "men" since only boys act this childish. One guy is on the floor while the other is kicking the other on its face, laughing maniacally. But instead of giving a shit about the two, I search for Ivy on the crowd and saw her infront, just a meter away from me. We locked eyes.

Hindi na ako nag abalang mag excuse me sa away na namamagitan sa dalawang lalaki. Deretso akong naglakad sa harapan nila without even looking at them.

My shoulder unknowingly bumped into the other guy's shoulder. I would say it was my fault for not paying attention on the way but who cares.

"Bulag ka ba, bro!" Sigaw ng lalaking nabangga ko.

I couldn't see him since I was facing Ivy with him behind my back.

"Oh, ba't hindi ka makaharap? Scared?"

Funny.

"Let's talk later," I say to Ivy.

I unleashed a heavy, frustrated breath before facing him.

Oh, what a coincidence.

Kilala ko siya. He's Gio. And I don't think he's heard of my name, might as well introduce myself.

Palapit nang palapit ako kay Gio, he put his arms on the air with his hands fisted. I laugh at how poorly he does his defense stance.

I stopped beside him and leaned in to his ears.

"Wanna bet on how your dad will react once he'll hear of this mess you did?" I smiled seeing him trembling of terror.

Alam kong takot siya sa ama niya. His dad is the right hand of my dad. They work together but on different fields. His father has always mentioned how much of an headache his son is, that is, Gio.

"Let's not do this, Gio. Don't cope boredom with violence. It never ends well." I leave it more of like a warning than an advice.

I tap his shoulder before walking past him.

"Teka!"

I knew he was gonna do that. My inner self smiled.

"I'm sorry, I-I wouldn't do anything like this again, please.." Pagmamakaawa niya.
