The Mad King slowly stood up with a goblet in his one hand and raised it.

"Today there will be more to celebrate my lords and ladies! I call on Jaime Lannister to please come to stand in front of his king!" The crowd looked around, hundreds of eyes glued on the young Lannister that began to make his way to the center of the room, in front of the Mad King.

Reyna took in the appearance of the Lannister Heir. He had tousled blonde hair, the famous trait of the Lannisters that many would compare to the gold they kept. He was lean and tall, walking confidently towards Aerys, however, Reyna noticed his father, Tywin Lannister with Jaime's twin sister, Cersei standing closely behind the thrones.

Cersei had evident fear splattered across her face as her wide eyes watched her twin. Tywin, however, was calm and collected. The Old Lion never gave away how his emotions were scattered and his mind in a fray with what he could do if the Mad King did something drastic to the son he considered his only heir.

Jaime bowed and the Mad king cackled before opening his mouth for some speech that Reyna thought ramblings, except for one part.

"I would like to raise a glass and congratulate Jaime on being appointed to my Kingsguard!" The shock was evident on all three lannisters faces. Jaime stayed bowing, breathing rapidly in panic while Cersei gasped and placed a hand over her mouth. Tywin's eyes widened for a second before he grabbed Cersei and left the hall.

The Mad King grabbed a nearby Kingsguard's sword and touched it to Jaime's shoulders, effectively he was knighted into the White Cloaks from the second the Mad King announced it. Everyone in the hall was silent with shock. This would mean the downfall of the Lannisters as the new Heir would be Tywin's dwarf son, Tyrion.

Reyna watched this all unfold, a smirk creeping up. Tywin would not be happy with this, it was a well-known fact that Tywin's other son, Tyrion was not suitable in the Old Lion's eyes. This she could use, this was the catalyst she needed to make the tides turn in her favour and end the Mad King's Reign. She was lost in thought for a second before Willas tentatively touched her shoulder and led her outside the hall, away from curious eyes.

"What are you plotting my lady?" Willas questioned with a broad smile. Reyna returned it as she offered him some support. The Heir took the hint and leaned a small amount of weight as the two walked off into the nearby garden area.

"I was just thinking that the King's choice of his new Kingsguard member may be the drama I need to weave my web in the Lannisters keep." Reyna chuckled at her own words and Willas stopped them.

"You must be careful Reyna, that Old Lion is even more dangerous than the Mad King himself, I do not wish for him to do something drastic. That Lannister temper is frightful and violent." Reyna patted his hand.

"I will be fine, I know when to back out and when I will not succeed." The two plotters took one more turn around the garden, both pointing out various plants.

Willas would state facts that he vaguely remembered reading and Reyna would mention plants in the icy north that she remembered would be similar.

"I should walk you back to your tent Lady Stark, I do not trust the night, you and I both know that the dark and shadows are dangerous around here." Reyna nodded with a smile. She was thankful for his offer, even if it may have only been to spend more time with her.
