Into the Wizarding World (Sirius Black x Reader)

2: The story begins

"She should be waking up soon, I healed her the best I could." I hear a woman say. "What even happened?" she asks. "We were walking to Quality Quidditch when she ran into Moony and fell over. She looked like she was in pain and when we asked if she was okay she looked up at us and just stood there and stared before yelling that we were fictional characters and that she's dead." I let out a groan to let them know I'm awake and sit up on the couch they placed me on. I felt hands on my back and arm as they helped me up before water appeared in front of me. I gulped it down quickly and looked up to the people in the room. "That's because I am dead. My best friend, er... ex best friend, killed me." they all stared at me in silence before Sirius and James let out a laugh. "What are you a zombie then?" Sirius asks. I let out a huff in frustration. "No, I'm human. Pass me my bag and I'll explain what happened and prove I'm not from here." The woman, who I assume is Lily, passes me my bag and I open it, finding two letters on top along with my wand.

"I'm Lily by the way. The one with glasses is James, the tall one is Remus, and the one with long hair is Sirius. Our friend Peter is out with his mum but I'm sure you'll meet him later." I pulled out my wand and looked it over, it was humming in my hand as if it came to life. I ran my thumb over the vines as I pulled out the letter that said read first. "I know who you guys are, I'm Y/N, Y/N L/N, the story I'm about to tell you is going to sound insane but I promise it is all true." They looked at each other skeptically before taking a seat as I let out a sigh and told them how I got here.

I tell them about Sam and what they told me and how it came almost out of nowhere and how they were asking earlier about which era I would join and the comments they made, as well as the book series they came from. "And so when they casted the enchantment there was a loud ringing for a while until it cleared and I was finally able to open my eyes." I rubbed my chest where the enchantment was cast. "I've never felt pain like that before, and from what they said it sounds like they were hiding something. I know you are all part of the order so I know I can trust you four, but this information cannot leave this room. We will all die if the death eaters find out about these books."

They nod in understanding, surprisingly, and I pull out the Sorcerer's Stone and hand it to Lily. "I know I shouldn't hand this to you to read but this since it will affect the future, but this series is the only proof I have." She takes the book and looks at the title. "Harry Potter?" she asks, I nod and look between her and James. "You see that Remus? Prongs here has a son! I hope you have made me the godfather." James smiles and wraps an arm around Lily's shoulder and pulls her close. "Of course you are Padfoot, and you'd be uncle Moony, Remus." The men smiled at each other and they continued to talk excitedly among themselves about the future Potter as I ripped open the first letter as Lily began to read the book.

If you are reading this it is because it was time for you to head into the world you have always dreamed and talked about going to. I'm sorry for being harsh in our last moments, please don't believe everything I said to you. I thought I would hate you but you were a true friend, and I loved you like we were family. Although it was my mission to send you away, you made my final four years the best.

You were sent back at the request of a dark wizard that left you instructions to deliver the book series to him through another dark wizard he controls. He wants things to go as they do in the series, I don't know who he is or how he knew about the series. He's powerful. More powerful than he lets others that work for him believe. He sent me to the 'real world' by making me drink that vial I gave you with a letter of instruction. The problem is once you drink that potion in the vial, you can never return to where you came from, so unfortunately you really have died in your world. Don't worry about anyone here, once you have passed everyone's memories were also wiped.
