Zac reached out to Fatima's mother about the dizzy spell. Her mother told him to allow her to eat and see what happens, but she is in agreement that Fatima should get checked out.

"She's been flipping out for days, then today. Today was just a whole other story, it's a lot going on." Zac says

"My child is stressed out. I asked her did she want me to come and of course she told me no." Her mother says to Zac on the phone

"I think that might be best. You know she's stubborn. I just want to make sure everything is okay, she keeps getting dizzy I thought she was going to pass out" Zac explained

"Just give me a few, I'll be over. Messiah says he's staying so it'll just be me" Fatima mother explained before the call ended.

Time had passed. The house was quiet. Mia and Melody were still in Mia's room. Mia sat in her bathroom on the floor leaning against the door. Melody sat on the opposite side, trying to get her sister to come out. She wasn't budging at the moment, it was just silent.

Fatima sat downstairs eating in silence. Her head was pounding. As she sat at the counter she felt the room spinning. She tried to massage her head but the room never stopped. She became nauseous, quickly running to the guest bathroom and letting it all out. Everything she just ate. Her body temperature went from hot to cold, with sweats.

"Ughh" she groaned out. She prayed that this feeling was removed from her body. She stood in the bathroom collecting herself, the feeling subsided after a long five minutes. Just as Fatima was making her way out of the guest room, there was her mother waking in with Zac behind.

"Of course he called you." Fatima says

"And he should have, what is going on?" Her mother ask

"Did you bring Messiah?" Fatima ask

"Fatima? Messiah is fine, why are you ignoring the fact that you keep getting dizzy. Zac told me it happened a few times." Her mother says

"Did he tell you that instead of really caring about how I felt, he pushed me off to the side and said take a pregnancy test. He ain't really hearing me" Fatima says

"A pregnancy test?" Her mother ask

"I told her to just take one, she's not trying to." Zac says  "Atleast to explain something if that is the case" he adds

"Just a way for him to invalidate my feelings AGAIN" Fatima says

"Hold on now. Don't start that up in here. If you're feeling dizzy or anything like that, you need to worry about calming down. Don't need you having a damn aneurysm. I don't think it's a bad idea to just take it, you know how y'all are. There could be a possibility" Her mother reasoned and Fatima's face said it all

"Whatever I'll take it, I'm telling you that I'm not but instead of hearing me you have it made up in your mind that I'm pregnant so everything that I've been saying is just off of overreacting emotions. What kind of bul-

"Fatima, just take it. If you're not, then we'll just go to the hospital and they'll figure out why you're body is giving out on you like that" Her mother says

"Do you need to get test?" Her mother ask. Fatima plainly says no and disappears

"Oh test on stock, it's like that in this house" Her mother says chuckling " shit she just might be" she says. Zac sat in the couch taking a deep breath.

"Where are the girls?" Her Mother ask

"Upstairs"

"Mia didn't answer when I called her to open the door"

"That's a whole story, T can tell you." Zac says

"Goodness" her Mother says

"Well if she isn't pregnant then what do you have to say to what she's saying?" Fatima's Mother ask Zac

"I heard all of it. I did. I just feel like I haven't seen her this way in a long time. Like I get everything that's been going on could be triggering but I know her. Something is off." Zac says

"Well we will figure out one way or another." Her mother says. Fatima comes out from the bathroom moments after that conversation.

"So we'll just wait" Fatima says

"How did you feel after you ate. Are you still lightheaded?" Her mother says taking her things out of her bag. She pulls out her blood pressure cuff

"I am not one of your patients"

"You're my child, you'll always be one in a way" she says laughing

"What good am I as a doctor if I can't help my own child" she continues "your blood pressure is way too high, I'm actually surprised that you didn't pass the hell out Fatima. This isn't good, Lord" Her mother says

"I know you don't take it, but you need to atleast take one to bring it back down" Her mother says referring to the blood pressure medication

"You don't take them?" Zac ask

"I don't have to. I told you that. My blood pressure is not always high." She plainly says to him.

"Are you having any chest pain?"

"No, I'm not going into cardiac arrest mom. My head just hurts okay" Fatima says

"I just don't like that your pressure is that high" she says

"Well ask the person next to you why it's so high" Fatima says sarcastically. "Ask him why he tried to blame me for Mia finding out he cheated on me" Fatima says and her mother gasp

"He thinks I would be that cold of a wife to speak negatively about him" Fatima says

"You're putting words in my mouth Fatima" Zac says

"Lord be my shepherd. Did you talk to Mia? Her mother ask and Fatima begins talking directly at Zac, ignoring her question.

"How am I putting words in your mouth if the only thing you were worried about when it all happened is if I told Mia about it. That's all you could've cared about. The same reason y-" Fatima gets cut off by her phone's timer going off letting her know the test would be ready. Fatima grabbed the test and looked at it.

"And here we are again, proving my point. I am not pregnant, you just don't give a fuck about no one's feelings besides yours." Fatima says

"Okay , okay. Fatima I think we should go to the hospital, just to make sure everything is okay. I don't want you pressure to be this high and we don't know the cause of it. Just you and I can go." Her mother says

Fatima stood silently with tears in her eyes

"You're showing me the kind of man you are every day. God knows I don't like it, but I'm trying" Fatima says leaving out of the room.

Fatima and her mother leave to go to the hospital.
