Jim: So, you'll talk to her right?
Max: Yeah..
Max sighs
Max: I will.
Max goes up the ladder, she looks back down
Max: Thanks, for today. I had fun
Jim: Me too. Now, go to school
Max: Yes, sir.
Max exists the hatch. She goes back up on the carport into her room. She then walks out her room downstairs to the kitchen, Claire is already eating.
Cla: Morning. Had a good night?
Max: Yeah
Cla: You seem very awake?
Max: Oh, yeah, I've been uh, I slept well. I guess.
Cla: That's good.
Skip to Max sitting in the bus, the bus stopped again at the stop where the girl with the green hair came on yesterday. Max looked for her but she didn't enter the bus, she looked confused and worried. She grabs her phone and called Jim
Jim: Yeah?
Max: She isn't here
Jim: Okay?
Max: Now what?
Jim: I don't know, wait till tomorrow?
Max: I have a bad feeling, Jim. Can you find out where she lives?
Jim: Do you have a name?
Max: No
Jim: Camera footage?
Max looks around the bus, which is old and with no security cameras
Max: No
Jim: Then how the hell am I supposed to find out where she lives? If I don't even know who she is?
Max: Right, okay. Fair point. Maybe Spike can go to her school and ask
Jim: Yes, cause they'll give that information to a complete stranger
Max: No?
Jim: NO!
Max: So, what do I do?
Jim: Wait until tomorrow.
Max: Right
Jim ends the call. Max sighs, she calls Vex.
Vex: Max? Everything okay?
Max: Are you still with Lincoln?
Vex: Yes, why
Max: Do you have time?
Vex: Yes, WHY
Max: Can you meet me at my school? We need to talk
Vex: YES BUT WHY
Max: I need your help, Vex.
Max ends the call. Skip to her waiting at the bus stop for Vex. Vex drives up in his car, Max gets in.
Vex: So?
Max: Drive to Saint Bernard's school
Vex: Okay
Vex starts driving
Vex: Now, tell me what's going on.
Max: Right, okay. Um, I need to find someone
Vex: You're skipping school, tell me some more
Max: Damn, Vex. The girl, from my bus?

Max: Yes. She didn't show up today
Vex: MAX! Are you joking? Did you call me so you can stalk your crush?
Max: I HAVE A BAD FEELING, Vex.
Vex: Why
Max: It's a long story. Please, just help me find her
Vex: How?
Max: Ask nicely?
Vex laughs. Skip to them standing at the secretary's desk. Vex is speaking to the woman
Bri: What's the name?
Vex: Um...
Max: Right, see that's the thing. I don't, remember her name. But It is crucial that I find her.
Bri: What do you know?
Max: She has... green hair
Bri: OH! That helps
Max: It does?
Bridgett stares at Max with sarcastic eyes.
Bri: Half this school has green hair
Max: Right, okay, but she just colored it for the first time. So, last year she would have had brown hair.
Bri: Okay. I'm doing this another way, give me your name and I'll ask the principal who's supposed to be guiding you.
Vex: Oh, that is not necessary. Is it Max?
Max: No, no. Not at all. I um, I'll be fine, on my own.
Bri: No, I insist. What's your name, dear?
Max: I'm just gonna go, I don't want to bother you anymore
Max walked away quickly
Bri: Um
Vex: Right, thanks
Vex walked to Max
Max: Okay, so. Now what?
Vex: I don't know, this was your idea
Max: Right.
Max and Vex walk onto the playground, all the students are still outside waiting for the first bell.
Max: I have a really bad feeling, Vex.
Vex: We don't really have a lot of options, since you don't have a name or a picture.
Max: I know.
Max sits down on a bench nearby, Vex sits down next to her
Vex: Why is this so important, Max?

Zar: What are you doing here?
