I went through my classes like a zombie would. Maybe I shouldn't have come in. but then that would be a very coward thing to do. Dad would be angry at how I have handled everything from the beginning.

School is important and that should always come first before any relationship. And anyone who encourages you otherwise doesn't care about you because we all need to survive someday on our own.

Clarke is thinking about that, our situation isn't normal hence if we get caught by someone with a big mouth, she could lose her credibility and my life would change, my private space invaded.

Now that I think about it with my head, what I said was uncalled for.

So without any more thought, my legs start leading me to her new office. Before I make it halfway there someone wraps their hand around my neck and yanks themselves close to me.

"Where are you heading to in such a rush?" Luna asked. I haven't seen her in a while. Yes we share some classes but these days I drift in and out so I don't even recall if we said HI today. "I feel like you're on time out or something."

"Just have a lot going on." And since she doesn't seem to be going away. "I'm heading to see Miss Griffin."

"Oh." She looks around at the students minding their own business. "Are you still together, I can't seem to catch up with your love drama." She rolls her eyes dramatically and we crack up a little.

I missed this girl.

"It's complicated." Pulling her to the side. We stand against the wall. "I kind of went off on her this morning." So I get her up to speed with everything with my mother and Clarke. This is the first time I am saying these things, not even Echo knows about this yet. Mental note, I must give her a call tonight.

Her mouth opens for a while. Nods at herself.

"You gave her an ultimatum." She looks at me. "An ultimatum." Did I say it wrong? "My mother always said never to give the person you love, like or crush, an ultimatum because chances are high that they won't pick you or they will get upset that you can even ask them of such a thing."

"Luna. I knew I overreacted."

"Listen. Even if she doesn't go to jail, she could lose all this, my Dad will literary pull me out of this school. And do you know how many parents will do the same? Look at them." We scan the student population disappearing from the walls as they prepare to go home. "Most of us grew up at this school together, it would suck to change schools. You can relate to that."

Now she just sank my mood.

"What should I do then?"

"Apologize." For what? "Just trust me on this. Come on let me escort you, I need to see the admin anyway." She gave me a simple layout, one I had to follow.

After knocking twice the door is pulled open and Octavia walks out smiling at me.

Looking inside she's leaning back, watching me as if she's drinking me in. If I trip I will run from this room. Slowly I step in and close the door behind me.

"Hi." I say trying to break the ice but she just stares at me. "Um...you see..."breathe in, breathe out. "I'm sorry about everything. What happened this morning was uncalled for."

"Glade we got that out of the way." she sits up straight, picking up my file that is very colorful now that I think about it. "Take a seat so..."

"No, we are not ignoring this...yell at me, dump me for the hundredth time. I don't care just please do not ignore me, ignore us."

The room is silent for a while.

A tiny smile spreads across her face. "Lexa. Sit down." warning slipped through her calm voice. Placing my butt down, she gave me a tooth smile. Not the little one she flashes once a blue moon no, this one is huge. "Your education is more important right now, will continue this personal conversation after." Oh jeez she's a keeper. "You're failing."

"I'm aware."

"Good because we don't condone failing continuously. This is your last strike, if this continues will expel you. The only time you will be allowed back is to write your exams, seeing as you already signed up for it.

"You're kicking me out?"

"If you fail your chemistry test which you're having tomorrow and your math test in the afternoon. I'll be having this conversation with your mother."

Well isn't that salty.

Give it a minute to sink in. she said school first then some juicy cream right? I mean dreaming is allowed. It's the only thing that makes me want to slap her. We just sit there taking in each other, I could give my kidney just to know what she's thinking.

There is always so much she leaves out while I pour my heart in her mouth. Her eyes light up a little as she takes a good look at me. There is nothing better than watching her go through different emotions while trying to hide it from me.

She gets up, walks towards me slowly. I feel like I'm her prey right now with those intense eyes locked on me.

Clarke leans on the desk, her knees closer to my arm dangling off the chair. "Come for diner with my family. They are having some dinner thing. I would like it if you came."

One.

Two.

Pinch me.

What does this mean?

Now I'm overreacting. Again.

But how can I not? Did my show game work? This is about keeping me, showing me how serious she is about us.

"Why?"

She rolls her eyes. Stepping close to me. I look away feeling a little shy. Soft fingers grip my chin, turning it slightly so that I am facing her. "Don't look away, I like to stare at these eyes." her thumb brushes my lips.

Oh jeez what is happening right now? Clarke's eyes are glued on my lips. "Sorry that things are not going smoothly." Taps my lips. Speechless I just watch her get fascinated by my lips. Debating on what to do with them. "I've missed these." Pecks my lips.

"But why are you inviting me?" she tilts her head low. "Like why now?"

Still brushing my cheeks and staring at my lips. "Do I need a reason to ask my girlfriend out?"

Oh, girlfriend.

She's actually saying it.

"Not long ago you were trying to end things."

"You didn't let me finish, it's cute that you thought that I would leave you. We were on a break doesn't mean it's over."

What happened from the time we argued in the morning to now?

There is more to her charm.

"Okay fine, I'll go if you tell me the real reason why." She smiles. A tiny smile that warms my heart.

"I'm giving you what you want Lexa." She leans over, "You want to date me, without secrets. Then let's go." But then that will... "I'm not scared to tell you how I feel or show you. So we are doing this." Clarke pulls back and heads behind her desk.

Her determination to do this is leaving me confused. I know I wanted her and I asked her to make a choice but now I am worried she might lose her job or worse if people start to call her names?

Yeah I don't know how to feel about this? I'm probably just over thinking. Tonight we are going out, even though it's with her family. I am still counting it has a date.
