Aang's POV

I wake up feeling terrible. Ugh this is so weird without those three I know they told me not to worry bout it and we should fight for them and try to save them in the process, I just feel bad. I go to th breakfast table where all of my friends are and Jets friends aren't.

"Morning" I yawn

They all look at each other like they were about to say something they were all thinking

"What?" I question all there

"Aang what is the real reason you ditched us, we know that you feel guilty about my sister and the girls but seriously dude why, you know you can't make it out alone. We are all in this together" Zuko said "So why"

I look at him then Katara and try not to frown but keep a neutral face "No its just that, just that"

Jet walks in and Katara smiles, this is so weird, also I'm shown Im not even close to having a chance

"Hey you guys how have you all been" Jet smirks

"We're great" Katara smiles

I look at Zuko and he gets mad so he wraps his arm around Katara

"Good morning Lee how are you bud" He smiles

"Peachy" Zuko grumbles

"Um Jet can you give us a bit we have to tell Aang something very important in Private" Sokka says

"Yeah sure guys" He walks away

"We have to leave" Sokka says  "We are so off schedule" They all nod "And you know how I get when we are off schedule"

"Yeah we should be in Kyoshi island in two days but it will take us 3" Katara ssays

"Why are in such a rush you seem really infatuated here" I say kinda grumpily

Katara's eyebrows go up kind of offended "What are you supposed to mean by that"

"Oh I don't know you got a boyfriend and your making googoo eyes at Jet" I say

"How dare you say that I am obviously never gonna cheat on Zuko" She yells

"Yeah sure" I roll my eyes, and then I get a slap on the cheek from her. I storm away and grab my glider but as soon as I open the wings I feel a hand grab my glider.

I turn and see Katara "Im sorry Aang I didn't mean to slap you but why would you ever doubt my loyalty to Zuko, I mean I guess you just are happy for my relationship" she smiles

"Yeah sure I do" I say a little upset

She hugs me"Your the best, best friend a girl could ask for" She kisses my cheek and I flush "Thank you for caring for me and Zuko"

"Yeah don't mention it" I frown "Um I am gonna go feed appa" I lower my head and walk away

I grab a watermelon and give it to appa "Ugh she is so oblivious why doesn't she get it that I want to be with her"

Appa growls while he eats "Yeah I know bud but I am so far in the friends zone I am in outer space. She will never get the same feelings for me" I growl

"So you like her huh" My eyes widen and turn around and see Jet "Hey don't worry and I don't blame you she's pretty, but she's with that friend of yours. Why don't you just take her for yourself"

"I can't ever do that, he is one of my best friends I would never" I say

"Just think about it, also I over heard you guys, you speak to loud, safe travels when you leave. I can get you supplies if you want" (AN: IDK WHY BUT IM MAKING JET KINDA NICE OR AM I....)
