Previously: I put it away and go to bed with a frown

Aangs POV

I wake up with my whole body hurting because of the previous day. I look around and see everyone asleep but Katara and Zuko are gone. I hear some talking so I get up and I hide behind a bush and I hear Katara and Zuko talking.

"All I am saying is how is Mai and the others switched up on us so quickly" Zuko says

Katara says "I wish I knew too"

"Um Katara?" He asks which peaks my interest, she responds, "Um what was that back there, you know with that Jet dude"

She says skeptically "What do you mean, don't tell me you think I would cheat on you with him"

"That's not what I meant, I just mean wh did you give him 'goo goo' eyes" he basically quoted what I said

"I wasn't, I don't know, I just got caught up in the moment I didn't mean to hurt you" She pleaded 

"What moment, he was basically hitting on you and you were accepting of it" Zuko says angrily "I thought you loved me, who could you think of another man that way" He says with tears in his eyes

I frown because I feel like a bad friend for having a crush on her "Zuko Im sorry, please can you forgive me" she frowns and looks down

"I um... Im going to need some time ok" he walks further into the woods

I hear her crying, I hate hearing her cry, I have always been there for her when she is in tears so I get up and go to her

I hug her and she cry's into my shoulder and I just hold her close, I hate that I love her.

"It's ok, your alright" I sit her down and hold her as she cry's into my chest now soaking my shirt in her tears, I can't ever tell her. As her tear slow down "hey are you ok" I hold her tight, she nods a bit, I kiss her forehead and smile at her. "What's wrong" I ask even though I saw what happened

She wipes her face and sniffles "Um me and Zuko just argued about Jet"

"Oh" I say with a frown "You guys will work through it Im sure you guys will"

"Your the best friend a girl can ask for" she giggles and hugs me

Zukos POV

I turn back and I see Katara and Aang on the floor laughing and giggling and I frown a bit

"You know she doesn't love you the way she loves him" I turn and see Zhao, I get into a fighting stance, he puts his hand up "Prince Zuko you know this day had to come, join us, join your father, join your nation" He comes closer "Look at her" I turn and see Aang holding her in his arms. I frown and then I feel him put a cloth over my mouth and everything goes dark

I wake up to a light shining brightly in my face it seemed like it was on a track.

"Where am I" I say groggily

"Hello Prince Zuko, don't worry your not far from your friends" Zhao steps out from the shadow "Now Prince you will be joining the right side of the war" he says with an evil smile

"I will never join you"

A man who was wearing green walked in, he started to spin the light and chanting "You will fight for the firenation" then I passed out.

Aangs POV

We were talking to the group we told them why Zuko ran off. It was getting late and Katara was nervous. "Don't worry I will look for him" I get up and head the way Zuko went

I see the firenation symbol burned right into the grass with a note directly in the middle, the note said.

Dear Avatar,
If you are reading this we have taken the Prince and he is now on the side of the firenation, good luck Avatar you are going to need it

My jaw drops and I run back to my friends "GUYS"

"What" Sokka asks and sees the paper in my hand and reads it out loud

Katara breaks and falls to the floor I go over and hold her close as she cry's, she really does love him.

"UGH I hate that stupid firenation" Toph shouts and slams her foot on the ground sending a rock into the air.

After a while Katara decided to take a nap on Appas back and Sokka, Toph, and Suki are playing bored games

I get up and sit by the fire with my journal, only being able to see the pages with the fire light

Hi Journal, It is me like always all I can say is wow, today has been a mess. I am not even sure what to write in here. Today is a very hard and confusing day. I hope Zukos ok. There is not much I can say I really miss him he is one of my best friends and I am scared of what is to come.

I put it away and go check on Katara. She is shivering so I grab her a blanket and put t on top of her and watch her as she snuggles into it.

I get u to leave and she gabs my hand "Thank you" and she lets go

I smile and get up

Zukos POV

I wake up, "I will fight for the fire nation"
