3 days later.

"This was fun" Anjola said over the phone while on her 3:34:12 hours long call with Dapo.

"Yeah, it was, but we have church tomorrow" Dapo said connecting his phone to the charger.

"Yeah" she replied with a sleepy voice.

"See you tomorrow then" Dapo said sleepy.

"Bye"

Dapo and Anjola have been inseparable ever since the party, it has been like they are the only two people in the world.

Anjola has opened up her soul to Dapo and made him understand how hard it has been for her in school, home and church and not surprisingly he understood her too well he can relate, they understood eachother so well, their souls were in sync.

She didn't have to teach him her love language, because he speaks it already.

She was finally happy.

Dayo on the other hand was dying with anxiety trying to understand why Pelumi doesn't want him to be in her house.

But all in all Everybody was more focused on Graduation and Prom.

That was all they could talk about in the group chat, in the hallways, the class, they were obsessed.

...

"But I wanted the blue one" Tinuke said the Victor over the phone with a Pout.

"If you already made your decision why are you na asking me?" Victor asked sitting up on his bed.

"Cause I wanted your opinion" She said putting her phone on the table. They were planning the Graduation theme colour.

"Try another shade of blue" He added.

"Sure. Where did you go after the party ended?" She asked staring at the phone.

"I was with Emmanuel and Kamal on the balcony, but someth-"

"Oh, my God!" She interrupted him.

"I just saw this picture on Pinterest, I'll send it to you, hold on"

"Sure" Victor said softly, missing his opportunity to tell her what happened.

"Isn't it cute?" She said waiting for a reaction from him.

"Yeah it really is, send it to the principal" He said nodding with approval.

"Suree! You wanted to say something"

"Yeah, it wasn't important" He sighed waiting for another opportunity to tell her.

"Okay then, now that's out of the way let's plan the agenda"

"Who knew planning I would be planning an event with my girlfriend who is the school's Assistant Senior Prefect" He said to him self chuckling.

....

"Pelumi!!"

"Ma!" Pelumi shouted back at her step mother's calls.

"What were you doing?" Her step mother asked.

"Nothing" She lied, she was actually on a call with Dayo but she couldn't tell her mother that.

"Ko kan mi, client kan wam bo" Her step mother said and Pelumi's her dropped.

"When?" She asked.

"Soon" Her step mother said not looking at her.

"M-ma, has he been tested atleast?" She asked scratching the back of her head.

"Are you questioning me?" The woman asked furiously standing up.

"N-no ma, I jus-" She was interrupted with a slap on her face.

"Would you shut up and get ready" Her step mother said slapping her again.

Pelumi ran off back to her room accepting her life style, and praying and waiting for the day she goes off to university and get rid of her evil family.

She wanted to call Dayo and pour everything out, tell him about her step mother, Step brothers and life after school but she couldn't. she couldn't bring her self to witness his reaction or what he would say.

He would never love her the same after that, he wouldn't even look at her the same.

She felt he would see her as dirty and ran through and he wouldn't want to be with someone who is open to everyone.

She slowly got ready and prayed to God nothing happened to her.
