Warning: Mentions of blood, mentions of beating up

...

He snorted annoyingly and gave me a furious look.

What an amusing view.

...

I sighed pleased with his reaction and got up "You can stand up by yourself, am I right?" I turned my back to him "Close your damn mouth."
I got back on my Ilu and just smirked at him "See you at your pod." and waved at him.

I disappeared into the water and made my way to the Marui pods, still chuckling to myself remembering Ao'nung's face. This is going to be so funny.

In a couple of minutes, I got on the shore and patted my Ilu, giving her permission to go.
I could see Tsireya in the distance who looked a bit stressed, so I went to her. "Is everything good here?" I asked placing a hand on her shoulder, she turned to me with worried eyes "Did you hear what Ao'nung did?"

So that's what she's worried about.

"Are you worried about your poor brother or the guests who are already having a hard time and Ao'nung just had to add more pressure?" I asked sarcastically, she sighed knowing whose fault it was.
"Of course, I'm worried about the others but he's still my brother."

I've never had a sibling, so I can't understand how Tsireya can be so worried about him. Yes, I know that he's family for her and all, and I'm worried about my family too, yet I feel that being worried for your siblings is different.

I glanced at her cautiously, she could be having any kind of idea of what could happen to Ao'nung.
"I know he's your brother, but you have to understand that it's his fault. There always are consequences." she looked into my eyes. "Yeah... You're right."

I started thinking about the short conversation I had with Ao'nung and remembering how he had a black eye and a bleeding nose.
And it had me thinking if the other Na'vi's were in the same bad shape as him.
"Do you know where the others could be?" she watched me curiously "Are you worried about Lo'ak?"

She was testing me "What? No. I'm just curious." the girl hummed in response. "I think they went to speak to their father in their pod."
I nodded at her "Okay, thanks.."

I began to go to the Sully's Marui pod, I wasn't even a meter away when I saw Neteyam and Lo'ak being scolded by their father. I didn't want to be a distraction but Lo'ak noticed my presence immediately, he didn't turn to me all the way but he was still glancing at me.

Instinctively, I signed to him to meet me at yesterday's same place.

What was I doing?

He seemed to catch that and so I started to go to our meeting place. I didn't know what was wrong with me.
I don't trust him, I can't trust him. But he seems so honest, and that made me want to know him more.

I didn't wait for too long, and some minutes later he was behind me, hearing his steps made me turn around "Hi Lo'ak." I gave him a small smile that he returned shyly "Hey Y/N.."

He sat down next to me groaning in pain "I heard what happened." I commented, "You did huh?" I chuckled silently "I see you're in a pretty bad shape."
He rolled his eyes "But Ao'nung is even worse." I added.

He laughs "He deserved it." I laughed with him "I can imagine it." I glanced at his hand, his knuckles were almost bleeding and he was almost trembling.
"What did your father say?" I asked questioningly, he hesitated for a moment "..He said I have to go apologize to that dumbass." I was kind of shocked.

"Why do you have to apologize? It doesn't make sense." he hummed "My father just wants us to go along with everyone in the clan." now that was kind of understandable.

"Still, Ao'nung should be the one apologizing. He made fun of Kiri, right?" he looked down "Exactly. I don't like it when they make fun of my family, like who do you think you are?" I smiled gazing at him, he really was caring.

"Do you have any siblings?" he asked, it was kind of weird changing the subject suddenly, but he did say he wanted to know me. "No, I'm the only child." he raised an eyebrow "No way, you seem way too kind to be an only child." I laughed silently "That's not true."

He observed me closely "If that wasn't true, why are we here with you trying to comfort me?" everything stopped.
That's right. I called him here to comfort him.
Why was I doing such a thing?

Am I going crazy?

I believe Lo'ak noticed the fact I started overthinking "Hey,, did I say something wrong?" he asked worryingly "Uhm.. I think, sorry, I think I have to go." I spoke hesitantly.
He looked dumbfounded, I knew he wanted me to stay with him but he still let me go.

He was kind enough to let me go and didn't even question a thing.

I hate him.

...

I found myself listening to the conversation between the Olo'eyktan and his children, mostly with Ao'nung.
I've never heard our clan leader so angry, it was honestly a bit scary. He too wanted to go along with Sully's family.

The other things were mainly about family matters which aren't any of my business so I began to go to my pod, since I didn't have anyone to go to, yet I saw someone familiar in the distance, it was Kiri with Tuk.

That's right, Kiri was the one who Ao'nung made fun of, I had to go talk to her, so I did.
I greeted her and the younger Na'vi "How are you feeling?" I asked Kiri "I don't know, upset maybe?" I gave her a thin smile "I'm sorry for what happened, Ao'nung can be a pain sometimes." she looked at me "He really can."

"You didn't hurt yourself, did you?" I asked "No, don't worry, but I enjoyed watching Neteyam and Lo'ak beat up those assholes." she laughed "I wish I would have been there too." Kiri took Tuk's hand "You should've, but now we're gonna go to our pod, was nice talking to you Y/N."

"It was nice talking to you too, see you." I waved at them as they disappeared into the village.

I hoped that Ao'nung got what he deserved, he can be spoiled sometimes, he just needs to learn.
Talking about Ao'nung I could see him and his little group going hunting.
At least he was doing something useful for the clan, the black eye he had was so noticeable it was kind of comical.

They got on their Ilu's and made their way to the open ocean, I turned around to go back to Tsireya, yet something was telling me that the Olo'eyktan's son had something suspicious in his mind.

...

A/N: Even though I'm sick I still made it to publish another chapter, it was a bit hard writing this but it's done!
