...

As my thoughts were shifting to what I could do at how I would do it, the silence was so loud; that I didn't realize that something else was happening at the other side of the ocean.

...

We arrived at the shore and were greeted by Lo'ak's parents, "Where the hell were you?" Jake exclaimed taking his son's shoulders and checking him for any wounds.
"I'm sorry dad,, but there are—" Lo'ak was quickly interrupted "Where are you siblings." the Sully's father's tone became more dominant, almost scary.

Lo'ak hesitated for a moment glancing at the ground and biting his lower lip "I.. I don't know sir." I exhaled shakily; when Lo'ak called his own dad 'Sir' you already knew something bad was about to happen, and I didn't like it.
It felt physically uncomfortable.

Jake didn't say anything, he just stared at his younger son in disbelief "I'm sorry Mr. Sully, but the sky people have come and we think the others are in danger.." Tsireya tried to explain hoping to not worsen the situation.
Jake's head dropped back and sighed profoundly "I hope you know what will come next." he whispered to Lo'ak almost as a threat.

I looked at the boy worryingly, I wanted to talk to him but his dad just.. scares me and I didn't want to approach them an inch.
Jack got up and left Lo'ak's shoulders giving him one last angry look, and in doing so Lo'ak's head turned slowly towards me and gave me an understanding but upset glance.
He knew what punishment was waiting for him and he just accepted his fate.

"You guys stay here, it's way too dangerous for you. Let us do this." Neytiri commented looking at us hopeful everything will be alright.
"But mom please, what if something happens to you?" Lo'ak retorted, Neytiri watched his son's eyes trying to not argue with him just like Jake did moments before, so she just left without adding anything.

Lo'ak observed the two older Na'vi's stepping away from the shore and grunted in frustration.
I could feel his anger and madness coming to the surface; he wanted to help them but he was afraid he would disappoint his father even more.
I could hear him mumble under his breath something about what should he do, at that moment Tsireya grabbed my arm telling me she was going to warn the head clan of what was happening; "Be careful." she whispered.

Now I and the Na'vi boy were alone again, I was too nervous to say something to him, what if I worsen everything?
After walking rapidly back and forth, Lo'ak sighed and sat down on the soft sand under him, I slowly did the same and placed myself near him so that he knew I was there and he wasn't all by himself.
"You don't have to stay here with me." he looked in the opposite direction not wanting to look into my eyes, he was slightly shaking and I understand him, nobody wanted this to happen.

I didn't reply, I was just going to stay there and he had to accept it; I unhurriedly placed my tail on his, trying to comfort him "I just want this to end." he sighed and I did the same.
"This will end." I whispered getting closer to his ear, he still didn't turn around to face me. Yet, seconds later he finally locked his eyes with me and I smiled.

Lo'ak didn't talk, he only stared into my orbs without any goal; and when I was about to say something, he sniffled and leaned his head into my chest hugging my waist.
"Do I really deserve you?" he asked, I caressed his braided hair placing my cheek on his head "I should be the one asking that question." I smile when I heard him chuckling softly "I am serious Y/N. You always know what to say in every situation." the boy's voice was covered by the wind but I could still hear him.

"Not really, I just know what to say to you." I beam placing my lips on his head "Should I feel honored?" my chest trembles when he laughs quietly again, I grab his cheeks and move his face towards mine still smiling "I don't know, should you?"; he observes me smirking "Well then, I think I have to give you something in return." he trails off glancing at my lips.

His lips touch mine for some seconds and I grin into the kiss trying to bring him as close as possible.
I lean back from the kiss and pull him down to kiss his forehead, "What do you want to do?" I ask and in my head I swear that: 'whatever he chooses to do, I would've protected him with my whole life'.
He hesitates for a second "I want to help." he whispers back.

I smile at his answer.

...

I run towards Tsireya's Marui, hoping that she was still there; "Tsireya!" I call out her name panting but instead, I was welcomed by Ao'nung's annoyed face.
"What the fuck are you doing here? Shouldn't you be with your boyfriend?" he asks rolling his eyes; he had fresh cuts everywhere on his upper and lower body "Weren't you with the others in the ocean?" I ask in disbelief and he freezes.

"I lost them." he admits "I bumped into one of those small submarines but luckily they didn't notice me and I kind of passed out."
I was so shocked that not a word came out of my throat "How are you even alive?" I ask with a trembling voice again getting closer to the Olo'eyktan's son and he sighs shakily "The Sully's found me on time if it wasn't for them.. I'd be dead."
I couldn't even believe what I was hearing, if Ao'nung passed out in the middle of the ocean, who knows what happened to the others?

"Where is Tsireya?" that was the reason why I was there, I needed to find Tsireya and tell her Lo'ak's plan "I don't know, I thought she was with you." he glanced at me and just by the look on his face I knew he was praying the Great Mother that nothing happened to his little sister.
"Please tell me you're joking." I laugh nervously, Ao'nung frowned with wide eyes "Do you think I'm that stupid to joke in a moment like this?" he got up and pushed me angrily "I might be idiotic sometimes, but not when it comes to my own family."

That's right, he may be a dumbass, yet when it comes to serious situations like this, not even Ao'nung laughs.
At that moment, I looked at his face; he was angry, mad even and he wanted revenge, that's when I felt like he could help me and Lo'ak with our plan.

"I have to tell you something."

...

A/N: I know what you're going to say, and there isn't any excuse about this long absence, I just didn't have any motivation; but I love Lo'ak with my whole heart, so here is a new chapter!
