The Sage. [MALE READER Story]

It's work time!

A little while later,

After Taiyang showed the pictures of little Ruby, and Yang too, they talked for a while longer and now everyone in the house has already gone to sleep,

Y/n is in his room, meditating

Since he technically can't sleep in an unforced way, meditation is the best way to rest.

[Y/n's mind]

Two fists collide causing a huge bang, which destroys the earth around,

Strangely, everything around, just after being destroyed, is automatically rebuilt quickly,

Once again Y/n is in his "Dojo" training with Daewi.

And before Y/n could try another blow, Daewi catches his attention.

"Okay Kid, we can stop for now"

The redhead sighed, and sat down in the center of the Dojo, tired

The god chuckled, finding Y/n's suffering amusing.

"Hey Daewi, I was just remembering something, if I have access to the Robe of the Sage than can i also use the Emperor's sword and the other items?" Y/n asks

Daewi thinks for a second, then comes to a conclusion.

"I have no idea."

Y/n only Deadpans at Daewi, making the older man chuckle.

"The thing is, you shouldn't even be able to wear the Robe, if you access my memories you will remember that all the borrowed powers and relics were used to create a new staff for Mori in the final battle... I have no idea why you can use borrowed powers and relics." Daewi explains, as he also sits down next to Y/n.

"Huh now that you say it, it makes sense- WAIT A BIT!" Y/n stands up at once with his eyes wide.

Daewi looks at Y/n confused

"What is it?"

Y/n crosses his arms

"Borrowed powers? I can use them and you didn't tell me?"

Daewi merely looked at Y/n and said...

"I mean, you didn't ask and you didn't even bring up the subject... so yeah" He shruggs.

They stare at each other with Y/n eyebrow twiching

"YOU- alright, whatever, lets continue the training" The boy says whe being Grumpy.

He couldn't see Daewi's face fill up with pride for a second, before returning to his usual bored face.

[The Next Day, Morning]

And the time has come.

Y/n is outside with the residents of the house.

it's time to say goodbye.

'To be honest, I didn't think I would get attached to these three. I barely know them...heh maybe I'm just too soft hearted.' Y/n thinks as he takes a look into the horizon,

"I know you'll be busy for a while, but I'll be waiting for you for future visits Y/n." Taiyang says while side-hugging the boy briefly

Y/n chuckles and Hugs back.

"Will do Taiyang"

He then moves to the girls,

And notice their sad faces.

Yang is frowning while looking down.
Ruby looking at the side, avoiding looking at Y/n's face.

The redhead sighs and quickly hugs both tightly.
