Jacaera was still hyped up on whatever had let her punch Aegon. She was so hyped up that she hadn't felt her bleeding knuckles from where the skin had split.

Everyone was fuming, though. Glowering as they returned to their own quarters obediently. Jacaera only noticed that she was bleeding when she got back and closed her doors.

She used the water and a cloth from the bathroom to clean the blood off of her hands, looking at where she'd split her skin on Aegon's face.

It was only then, as she began calm, that Jacaera realized how hungry she was. She hadn't even gotten to eat before Aemond ruined their meal.

The girl huffed and flopped onto the bed, still in her dress.

Her door opened not long after. Rhaenyra was making the rounds, checking on each of her children. Jacaera was first because it seemed as though she'd had one of the toughest nights.

Thankfully, there was a plate of food in her hands. But Jacaera thought she was there to ask something of her.

"I won't apologize. Not to him," Jacaera said, turning her head as she continued to lie on her bed.

Rhaenyra smiled and put the food down on one of the tables. The bed shifted with her weight as she sat on it next to Jacaera.

"You don't have to apologize. Not to anyone." Rhaenyra, with a bit of effort, laid back on the bed with Jacaera. They looked at one another, Rhaenyra studying the face of her only daughter. "It felt good, didn't it?"

Jacaera couldn't help the smile that presented itself. "Very." They both laughed.

When they calmed, Rhaenyra sighed lovingly and placed a hand on Jacaera's cheek. "My sweet, violent girl. What ever would I do without you?"

"Worry less, I imagine."

There was a playful, amused smile on Rhaenyra's face as she hummed. Probably. But then her mind wouldn't be as busy.

"We're going back to Dragonstone tomorrow. Earlier than we planned. But I think it's best if we separate ourselves again, Hmm?"

That was good news. Jacaera smiled and nodded at her mother. She wanted to go home. Dragonstone felt like her home. More than the Red Keep while Aegon was around.

Rhaenyra leaned forward and kissed Jacaera's head. "Then eat and sleep well, my love. We'll head out first thing in the morning."

With a huff, Rhaenyra pushed herself off of Jacaera's bed. She rubbed a hand over her stomach. "Now I must ensure your brothers are where they're supposed to be. Gods willing," she muttered the last part as she left Jacaera to eat.

Jacaera felt extremely fulfilled as she ate what dinner her mother had brought. Happy. That she had finally been able to hit Aegon and get away with it.

Perfect.

In the morning, Jacaera was very ready to return to Dragonstone, as were her siblings. Jace had a bit of a bruised ego, since Aemond had taken his punch. He wanted to go home.
