Two weeks have passed since the two boys decided they would go to the school dance together.

Not much has changed.  Of course Will and Mike were even closer then before, if that was even possible.

Mike and Will walk out of the school building on a Friday.  They were planning on having a sleepover tonight, although Will had forgotten about something.

"So um...I know we were gonna have a sleepover tonight," he starts, "but I actually have therapy for two hours.  I mean you can come if you want to but you don't have to if you don't want to."  Will rambles.  He didn't want to admit that he wanted Mike to go to one of his sessions.  Although Mike could tell anyway.

"I can go with you if you don't mind."  Mike shrugs, "is your mom picking us up?"

Will nods quietly.  "She's over there."  He says when he sees her car.  Both boys walk over to the familiar car and get in the back seats.

"Hey boys."  She greets them.  They both greet her back.

"Mikes going to go to my appointment."  Will says quietly.  Joyce nods.

"It's in thirty minutes so we're gonna pick Jonathan up from school and then go to the building."  Joyce explains.  The two younger boys nod in sync and they drive over to the high school.

They pick up Jonathan quickly and drive to the big building right outside of town.

"Alright, guys ready?"  Joyce asks as she takes the keys out of the car.  The three boys nod and exit the car.

The two older Byers walk in front while the two younger boys walk behind them.

"You didn't have to come, you know that right?"  Will asks him while looking to the ground.  Mike smiles.

"Yeah I know,"  He says.  "But I'd rather be here with you then be at my house listening to Nancy talk about boy problems."  He jokes.  Will laughs.

"Fair enough."  He smiles at the group of four walk into the building.

Joyce signs Will in at the front desk and they walk up the staircase to the third floor.

Joyce signed them all in and they sat down in the waiting room.  Joyce sat on the left with Jonathan on her right, Will was next to him and Mike was on the other side of Will.

"So how does this work?"  Mike asks him in a quiet voice due to the other people around them.  Will smiles.

"Pretty much like a doctors appointment in a way.  We wait here until my therapist calls me back to her office, then we walk back to her office, then we talk for about one or two hours, then I come back out here and we leave."  Will shrugs.  "You can go back with me if you want."  He adds excitedly.

"Yeah, sure."  Mike smiles at him.  "So you guys just talk for two hours?"

"Well sometimes we do other things.  Like play a game of cards, sometimes we draw or color, sometimes she'll let me read or take a small nap.  It really just depends on the day."  Will shrugs once more.

Before Mike could respond the door to the waiting room opened and a familiar face to Will walked in.  Will grabbed Mikes hand.

"Let's go."  He says happily, forgetting to say goodbye to his mom and brother.  Mike was kind of surprised by Wills action, but happy at the same time.

"Hey Will, who's this?"  The lady asks.

She was a short lady.  Maybe a little taller then the two middle school boys.  She had platinum blond hair with raven black roots.  She had a mixture of blue and green eyes.  She wore a light yellow long sleeve shirt with a wavy white overtop, she also wore a pair of jet black jeans with a pair of clean white shoes.  Her face was friendly and Mike could immediately tell she was a nice person.
