Personality: David is characterized as emotionless and acerbic. David is almost always stotic and quiet, though not inherently unfriendly. He's rarely seen smiling, But he is the most polite and mature of people he like. In fact, David is notably more observant and has a better keen sense of danger than most people! David is also very intellectual. When David actually speaks, which is not so common, he uses the third-person pronoun instead of "I", "Me", "Myself" etc. For example, if he wants to say "I need some water right now," he will, instead say "David needs some water right now,". Though seen throughout every episode where he has a speaking role, his struggle to use first-person pronouns. It has also been shown David voice is rather monotone, even when he is excited. Despite his stoic nature, he cares deeply for people he likes, taking care of them by doing most of the chores around the cave. In addition, David appears to be very concerned with hygiene and cleanliness. David has also been shown to be multilingual.
