In this world, everyone sees in black and white. Only those who've met their soulmate in person and properly introduced themselves can see in color, meaning that some people never see the beautiful world.

They call this Cupid's Curse.

Of course another factor of cupids curse included that everyone was born seeing color, but at the age of 5, everything turns grey-scale. Lovely, isn't it?

Quirk: Venomous Liquids!
Y/n can basically copy any venom every known to exist as long as she's ingested it. Once she drinks even a teaspoon she'll be able to use that venom forevermore. Y/n injects the venom by biting, scratching, or mixing blood with someone.

Because of her venomous blood she's always extremely warm, this causes her muscles to heat up and it makes her stronger than the average quirkless person. This also means that she gets physically stronger really easily.

The drawbacks include; headaches, toothaches, possible blood loss, and sour taste in the mouth. Overuse of her physical body causes her muscles to tense up and tear, which takes a few days to heal, but it comes back stronger.

Y/n sweats venom when her quirk is active, thus causing her clothes to disintegrate! That's why her hero costume is made of a special fiber extracted from her hair.

A unique ability to Y/n's quirk is her tears. When she cries it comes out as anti-venom for whichever toxin she used! Though it takes a lot of energy and makes her eyes extremely sore.

Y/n has yet to meet her soulmate, sometimes the lingering thought of never meeting them creeps into her mind, but that won't get her down!

She's currently doing research on creatures, well, mostly reptiles. They just fascinate her! The way some can have specific colors of scales and deadly venom. This has been a hobby of hers for years, she's so dead-set on creepy crawly creatures that she actually owns a snake and a tarantula.

Scrolling on google, she suddenly found a new creature to research. A hoary bat. "Oh ho ho, well aren't you interesting..." she mumbled to herself. Bat's are very small and actually quite fluffy, and their wings are like skin webbing to help them fly. However, they can't see all that well so they rely on echolocation to find food. That's why they have big ears.

Before she could get completely lost in her research, a knock came onto the door. She backed away from her computer and stood up, careful as to not step on any of her precious research books and such.

As she opened her room door she saw a few of her classmates; Ashido, Uraraka, and Yaomomo.

"Oh hey guys what's up?" Y/n asked as she stepped out of her room and shut the door. The students of class 1a had just moved into the new U.A. dorms and her room wasn't fully set up, she got too distracted in a new book her mom got for her as a gift a few days ago.

Ashido jumped excitedly as she explained, "We're gonna be holding a dorm room competition! You still have a few hours if you wanna participate." At the instant thought of competition Y/n immediately held a fist up in the air and yelled, "ALL RIGHT IM IN!" Her classmates then held a thumbs up and ran down the hallway to the next room, so Y/n went back into hers to prepare.

She closed her door and looked frantically around the room, observing just how many bags and boxes and that she had to unpack in just a few hours.

"No time to waste!!"

"Finally done!!" Y/n said with relief as she wiped a bead sweat from her forehead. She stood leaning against the door of her room, everything was perfect. The ivory green bedspread complimented the faux vines hanging along the walls. Purple LED's were attached just behind those. Her desk was fully set up on the other side of the room with some animal textbooks, a lamp, her notebook, pencils, laptop, drawing tablet, research papers, and artiste glove.
