Shock;
Hilted breaths, jilted thoughts,
Drowning in black, flashes of white,
Wondering at the finality of it all.

Tears;
Angry and hot, incessant flow,
Raining down your cheeks,
Blood clots in your heart like a crimson lily.

Anger;
Burning like magma within the earth,
Screaming at the stars at the top of your lungs,
You cannot believe it's real; it has to be a nightmare.

Hurt;
You feel like a captured bird,
Watching the pyre flames go higher,
Wishing you had more time.

Grief;
Which will live wth you forever,
Time heals everything is an overrated quote,
'Cause all it does is teach you how to bear it better.

Pity;
Is all you get from those well-meaning fools,
They don't understand what's going on,
Until the reaper knocks at their door.

Time;
Flows on as it always had,
Gulping your pain you must go on,
And wait until it's your turn.
