Ellen's POV. I don't know how much longer I can do this. I love Louis and I don't like lying to him. I know that I have to but I really wish I didn't. "Ellen get down here"my mother yelled. My mother isn't exactly the nicest but she's my mother.I ran down the stairs quickly slipping and sliding with every step I took.When I got to the bottom I was out of breathe. "What do you need mum?"I asked looking at my very strict mother. She glared at me crossing her arms sternly. "You were supposed to be ready an hour ago Ellen"she yelled. I forgot. Louis and I have a date today. I ran up the stairs stumbling like earlier. I got into my room quickly and looked at the clock. It's 5:30 and Louis said he'd pick me up at 5:40.
I jumped in the shower and was out 5 minutes later.I put a towel on and quickly fixed my hair and makeup. I looked at the clock. It flashed 5:41. The doorbell rang and I rushed down the stairs. Louis was in the doorway looking handsome as ever. He laughed when he saw me. I saw that he had brought the rest of one direction and they were all standing behind him laughing. I'm confused. "El,did you forget something?"Louis asked laughing. "I don't think so"I said confused. "I guess you're gonna go out in a towel then. I mean I don't mind at all. I think a short towel suits you but you might be pretty embarrassed"he said. I looked down and blushed. In the rush to get down here I forgot my clothes. "Louis,what should I wear"I asked. He chuckled shaking his head while walking past me up the stairs. I followed him up. He walked over to my room and into my closet.
He grabbed some navy blue high waisted shorts and a white tank top. He then grabbed my navy blue Toms and handed them to me. I smiled at him. He sat on my bed and I walked into my bathroom that is connected to my room. I locked my door and quickly put on my clothes. I walked out and Louis was on his phone still sitting on my bed. When he saw me he put it in his pocket. "You ready love?"he asked standing up. I nodded. We walked down the stairs and saw 4/5 of one direction smiling at us. "What happened to your towel El?"Harry asked teasingly. "Shut it Styles or I'll cut off all your curls in your sleep"I threatened even though I never actually would. I like curly hair.
Harry laughed. "Alright little miss I forgot my clothes. How do you even do that?"Harry said laughing. I tried to hide my blush. "It's not my fault. I wasn't thinking about it"I said. All the guys laughed. "Alright Harry,you leave my girlfriend alone"Louis said trying to look serious but he failed miserably. I couldn't help but laugh. "Nice job defending me Lou"I joked. "I know love. Wasn't I wonderful"Louis said sarcastically. "Indeed"I said just as sarcastically. "So what are we doing today Loubear?"I questioned. "We're going to play lasertag Elliebear"he told me. I laughed. "Yay!!!"I yelled. "Because losing is so much fun"I said sarcastically excited. I love lasertag but not when the boys are on the opposite team which they always are because they enjoy killing me. The guys laughed. I smiled as we headed to the lasertag arena in Harry's car.
I sat in Louis's lap but soon looked at Zayn curiously. "Where's your fiance?"I asked. Zayn just proposed to Perrie and I was so excited that now every time I talk to Zayn about Perrie I say his fiance. "Are you ever gonna stop calling her that?"Zayn asked. "Yeah"I said and Zayn sighed in relief. "Eventually I'll have to call her your wife"I teased. Zayn glared at me but I saw his lips curving into a smile. I laughed and the guys chuckled. "Anyway to answer your question she went to the spa."Zayn said. "What?!"I yelled causing everyone to cover their ears. "She didn't invite me?!"I yelled in shock. How dare she?! Louis and the other boys were trying desperately not to laugh. I elbowed Louis in the stomach and he groaned. I glared at the other boys. Zayn was still trying not to laugh. I elbowed him too since he was sitting next to Louis and I. He groaned but apparently I didn't hit him hard enough because he continued to laugh.
"Shut up lover boy"I said. Zayn finally sobered up. "Perrie would have invited you but she knew you were gonna be with us"Zayn told me. "So? I would have cancelled. I'd rather hang with Perrie than you losers"I joked. "Hey! If I'm a loser why are you dating me"Louis joked back. "You may be a loser but you're my loser babe"I told him before giving him a quick peck. Peck always reminds me of a chicken. Anyway back on topic. Louis pouted and pretended to sulk. "Awww. Sorry babe"I said. "You two need to get a room"Niall yelled throwing a pillow that was setting in the floorboard at us. "Niall!"I groaned. "You can't even see us"I continued. "I can from the mirror"he told me. "You're hurting my innocent eyes"he said. "Then don't look"I said laughing.
After a few minutes we arrived at the lasertag arena. I smiled until my phone began to ring. I looked down to see it was Eleanor calling and my smile faltered. "Hello Eleanor"I said once I had walked out of hearing range. "Hello Ellen. What are you doing?"she asked. "I'm hanging out with Louis and the boys right now"I told her. "Good. You need the money to pay for poor little Jay."She teased. "Shut up"I screamed surprised I didn't just burst in tears. I was on the verge. I turned to see all the boys giving me worried glances. "Are you okay babe?"Louis yelled to me. "I'm fine"I yelled back but my voice wavered. I quickly went back to talking to Eleanor. "Just send the money to the hospital"I told her through gritted teeth. It was hard to hold back the anger bubbling inside me. It felt like a caged animal fighting for its way out.
