What if Roslyn stayed in Winterfell?
If she stayed in Winterfell. She would have followed Robb into battle. And most likely died at the red wedding. She wouldn't have fallen in love with Jamie most likely. And if she did, well he would have went with Brianne anyways.
What if Roslyn never had the twins?
I think that if she didn't have the twins, she would have not run away from King's landing. She would have most likely married Tywin and sansa still Tyrion. Tywin would have most likely impregnated her. And he still would have been killed by Tyrion. I also think Roslyn would have been blamed for the murder of Joffrey too.
What if Roslyn didn't go to Dorne?
If Roslyn never decided to go to Dorne, I had originally written for her to go to Winterfell, and marry Ramsey, but I didn't like it and decided on Dorne. She would have married Ramsey, meaning sansa wouldn't have married him. The battle of the bastards would have been lost as the vale wouldn't show up even though it's literally Roslyn's family.
What if she didn't leave before the battle of castle black?
She would have definitely died. If not in the battle, after Jon was killed by his friends. She would have died. Ygritte would have killed her. 100% she would have. And the guy who lead the city watch who Jon completely destroyed with sass would have killed her after Jon.
What if Roslyn never became queen?
I had always planned for her to become queen. Right from the beginning. But if she didn't become queen, I wouldn't have let fucking bran the broken become king. Not a fucking chance. I think I would have made Sansa queen or a Gendry king. Roslyn would have gone to Casterly rock with Jamie and become Lady Roslyn of Casterly rock.
What if Jamie died?"
I was going to kill off Jamie but I decided on giving them a happy ending instantly. But if he died, I don't think Roslyn would have coped. I also think she would have married Jon if Jamie died. He would have been there for her. And they have history. I also would have made her marry Gendry, for like power reasons I guess. I had no intention of killing Jamie off and if I did I would have deleted the whole book.
What if Roslyn stayed in Dorne?
I was never going to keep her in Dorne. But if I did, It would have been a boring ass story. Nothing would happen to her. She would just be a southern girl living in Dorne. She would have been a normal safe mother. Nothing exciting.
