Bakugou Pov

I roll my eyes as we make our way towards the lagoon, being forced to listen to Kirishima's constant yapping. I'm about to tell him off when I hear the sound of laughter coming from the direction of the lagoon. "Shut up Shitty hair, do you hear that?" I stop walking just before being in the view of the waterfall, pulling Kirishima back with me before he's spotted.
We listen to the sound of laughter and someone being scolded. "Don't do that, you scared me (y/n)!" a boy shouts, followed by more laughter, it sounds feminine. I peak my head around the rock to see a girl sitting on the edge of the small cliff next to a familiar-looking boy.
I step out of my hiding spot, about to yell to get their attention, wondering what the hell they think they're doing at our bathing spot, when the ground suddenly gives out under the girl. I hear Kirishima gasp as she falls, and I grunt in frustration, pulling off my shirt before rushing into the water to save the girl.
How am I supposed to find out who these people are if she drowns? Thats why I'm saving her, it's not like she's pretty or anything. What the fuck! Shut up brain, you barely even got a glimpse of her, she is not pretty, she's probably just as boring and ugly as any other extra I've met. I scold myself internally as I make it to where she landed in the water, looking up to see her companion preparing to jump in after her.
Idiot, I think as I grab onto the girl, pulling her head up above the water. I start swimming back to the shore, dragging her with me and listening to the splashes and protests of the guy following behind me.
I set her body down on the shore and check to make sure she's breathing. She coughs up water and just lays there with her eyes closed, breathes shaky. She really is pretty, I shake these thoughts from my head. She's just some random extra.
Kirishima kneels down beside me as her companion makes it out of the water, rushing over to her. "(Y/n)!" he sighs in relief upon noticing her chest rise and fall as she breathes. "Thank you for saving her, my name is Izuku Midoriya. It's nice to meet you..." he falters as he looks at me, eyes wide from shock.
Fuck, that's why he looked familiar before. I thought I'd gotten rid of him, seeing as I haven't seen him in roughly 6 years. "K-Kacchan?!" he stutters.
"Stupid Deku," I grumble, glaring at him. Looks like my years of peace are over, great.

     (Y/n) Pov

"K-Kacchan?!" I hear Midoriya exclaim as I take a break with my eyes closed, attempting to collect my thoughts. Why does that name sound familiar?
"Stupid Deku," a boy replies, seemingly annoyed. What the heck is a Deku? I'm so confused.
"You guys know each other?" another guy asks, they all seem to be sitting around me, they're voices sound close to me. I decide to open my eyes, hoping I can figure out who these other people are. I look up to see 3 boys kneeling by my side. Midoriya is by my right shoulder, looking even more shocked than when he first met me. The boy by my left knee has spiky red hair and eyes to match.
I hear the boy by my left shoulder clear his throat and look up into crimson eyes. His hair is an ash blonde and sticks up in every direction, as I take in the rest of him I notice he's missing a shirt. Holy shit, I feel my cheeks start getting warmer, and look back to Midoriya to keep myself from staring like a creep.
"Why are you all wet Midoriya?" I question, not knowing which of many questions to ask first.
"Damn idiot jumped in after you. Couldn't you see I was already carrying her out of the water?" The blonde answers for Midoriya, waiting for him to explain himself.
"It was the quickest way to get down here, and I didn't know what your reasons were for saving her! What if you were dangerous? Or... I don't know," Midoriya trails off.
"It's okay Midoriya, you had the best intentions, and everything's find now," I smile at him and turn back to the blonde. "Thank you for saving me, I can be a real idiot sometimes. It's Kacchan, isn't it?" I call him what I heard Midoriya calling him, assuming that's his name.
His fists clench and he stands up, shaking in anger. I sit up, sensing I've made a mistake. "Don't you dare call me that ever again unless you want to die! Got it," he threatens, and I shake my head rapidly. "That's not my name. It's Katsuki Bakugou," he finishes, storming off to pick up his shirt.
"Sorry about him," the redhead smiles nervously. "He's complicated but a good guy. I'm Eijirou Kirishima by the way." He flashes a bright grin and holds out a hand for us to shake. "So how do you know my main man Bakugou, Midoriya?"
"Oh, well... we were childhood friends until our village was destroyed. I thought I was the only one who made it out, but I guess he did too."
"Not just him. His parents have spent the last 6 years running a shop in Migrator's Branch, at least as far as we know. We don't visit them often, Bakubro prefers to stay out here, he enjoys the freedom." Kirishima adds before being slapped on the back of the head by a returning Bakugou.
"I told you to quit calling me that Shitty hair, I'll kill you!" Bakugou screams at him, pulling him up by his arm. Midoriya and I take the opportunity to stand as well. Is he always this violent, I think, slightly worried for our safety. "And what are you two doing here anyway, these are our woods?" He lowers his voice slightly as he addresses the two of us.
"Well you see..." I try to come up with an excuse. I don't want to tell the truth for fear he'll turn me in.
"We're running from (y/n)'s kingdom. Her dad's trying to force her into an arranged marriage, and now the guards are after us. But they won't come in here, they think it's haunted and filled with wolves," Midoriya blurts out. My eyes widen in panic and I elbow him hard. "Ow, what?"
Great, he's clueless. I roll my eyes and look to our 2 acquaintances. Bakugou scoffs, "I heard the king was an asshole, but damn. An arranged marriage?! Thats some fucked up shit." He laughs and I stare in fear. "What the hell's that look for dumbass? Quit it. We're not gonna turn you in or some shit like that. I have no interest in going anywhere near that kingdom and drawing attention to myself. It would be a total waste of my time."
I sigh in relief as Bakugou bursts out laughing. "Did you hear what that damn Deku said Shitty hair? The guards think this forest is crawling with wolves. Stupid extras!"
My brows furrow in confusion, catching Kirishima's attention. "There are no wolves in here, Bakubro and I howl at night, to keep people out of the woods, and it's been working really well," he chuckles, shrinking away from Bakugou's glare when he called him by his nickname.
I knew those howls sounded fake, I think as I see Kirishima's face light up. "Hey Bakugou, what if they stay with us," Kirishima suggests, grinning from ear to ear.
"Fuck no! What kind of idea is that Shitty hair?!"
"Oh come on! We need more friends. You've been saying life's gotten boring this past year. We're gonna go insane if we continue living just the two of us, and they need somewhere to stay. What do you say guys?" he pleads.
Bakugou's about to protest further, but I cut him off. "That sounds great! Right Midoriya?" I smile brightly and stick my tongue out at Bakugou when he glares at me.
"Umm... sure. If it's a-alright with you Kacchan?" Midoriya looks terrified out of his mind, he probably thinks Bakugou's gonna kill him.
"Tch, whatever. I don't give a shit. But stop calling me that Delu or I'll kill you! And you," he points at me and I gulp. "You're bathing after us. There's no way I'm waiting for you to take your long ass princess bath before I clean myself."
"Whoa, that's not very manly Bakubro..." Kirishima stops when Bakugou gives him a death glare, not wanting him to change his mind about letting Midoriya and I stay.
"It's fine Kiri, can I call you that?" he nods and smiles. "Cool. I'm fine waiting for you guys if that's what the hedgehog wants." I giggle at the nickname, completely expecting the temper tantrum from Bakugou.
"What the fuck did you just call me dumbass?!" he stalks towards me, getting in my face, fists clenched.
"It's a nickname," I shrug, acting innocent. "You gave us all nicknames, so I gave you one. Don't you like it?"
"It's a shitty nickname. Don't call me that ever again or I'll kill you, ya hear me!" I nod my head. I'm totally gonna keep calling him that. "Good, now go somewhere so we can wash off." He backs off, waiting for me to leave. I sigh and trudge over to the big rock they were hiding behind before I fell. I take a seat behind it and huff. "No peaking," he screams at me before I hear the water being disturbed.
"Eww, no!" I yell back, wrinkling my nose and curling up so my face is hidden in my arms as an extra, totally pointless, precaution. I sit here for what feels like eons. I'm so bored. I wonder what my friends are doing right now, I hope no one's getting punished for my escape.
"Oi, dumbass," I look up to see Bakugou staring down at me, fully clothed. "We're done, don't take forever. We'll wait here for you," he says as the other boys come into view, switching places with me.
I walk back to the lagoon, seeing that someone had brought Midoriya and I's things down from the cliff. Good, I'll have dry clothes to change into. I dig through my backpack and pull out my other outfit and a clean pair of underwear. I turn around to make sure the boys aren't watching me and strip down, carrying my wet underwear with me into the water to clean it so it can be reused eventually. I can't afford to be throwing away any clothing. I know it's not completely sanitary but I don't exactly have any other choice.
I get out and get dressed after relieving myself on a bush and rinsing my hands in the lagoon water. I put my bag and sack of arrows on my back and carry the bow and my dirty clothes, walking over to the boys. "I'm done," I say as they come into view and Midoriya retrieves his bag and weapons, walking back to stand by us.
"Good," Bakugou huffs as he begins walking away from us, going deeper into the forest. The rest of us follow behind him. I want to ask where we're  going, but he'll probably just yell at me, and I'm sure I'll find out soon. We come upon an unlit campfire and stop at the mouth of a cave. "There aren't any more places to sleep nearby, so I guess you'll have to stay in here with us. It's a good thing it's large or I might just suffocate," Bakugou grumbles and walks into the cave.
I roll my eyes and we follow him inside. He wasn't kidding, it is big. The cave is probably bigger than the room Midoriya and I were sharing in the abandoned building. Theres a seating area in the middle of the cave, made up of several blankets, and Bakugou's area is to the left, partly separated from Kirishima's side. They each have somewhere around 4 blankets and 3 pillows, which is more than I would have expected from them living in the woods for 6 years. Kirishima's area is significantly larger than Bakugou's, probably to lessen the chance of him needing to go into Bakugou's space.
Bakugou goes into his area and tosses out a blanket and pillow before plopping down on his makeshift bed. "You can share Shitty hair's area, no one comes over here but me or you're dead. One of you can keep the blanket and pillow, if you need anything else don't ask me." He lays on his back and places his hands on the back of his head, closing his eyes.
He looks so peaceful, I think, my thoughts being cut off by Kirishima sliding his bed to the left, closer to Bakugou's. He picks up the blanket and pillow Bakugou had thrown and places then on the floor to the right of his bed. "You can sleep here (y/n), and Midoriya will sleep on your right. If you're in the middle you'll be safer, it's the manly thing to do." He smiles, proud of his apparent manliness.
Bakugou grunts, still unmoving, and I giggle. "Thanks Kiri, I appreciate it." I drop my things next to my soon-to-be bed, and Midoriya starts setting up his area. His is closest to the cave entrance. We continue settling in and chat with Kirishima, content with how the day is going.
