Chapter Eleven

Rose's POV

It's been a few hours since me and Crystal left Toothless and Hiccup in the cove. It's morning when we reach my home. I see Icebane call out to the other dragons upon seeing our arrival. After we land I'm and pushed to the ground by little dragons making me laugh.

"Hey guys. I've missed you too." I said while petting them.

Soon after the terrible terrors came so did all the other dragons. I greeted all of them and so they got back to work while I checked up on the island.

After a while it slowly began to get dark and all the dragons meet with me in the cave where we normally sleep.

"OK, so I know we've been gone for longer then expected but we had some issues on the way back. I was just wondering if any of you want to help bring back the others from berk?" I asked them.

The dragons looked at each other before Icebane the Skrill stepped forward and soon did Midnight warrior the Deadly Nadder, Rosie the monstrous nightmare, Camo the Changewing and Thorn the screaming death with of course Crystal.

"OK. While we're away can all of you protect the island and keep it going?"

They all nodded at my question.

"Good and for the rest we leave when the sun rises."

Soon after everyone fell asleep and before we know it the dragons and I are flying in the sky on our way to berk. It took longer since there was more dragons but we made it to berk after a few hours. I go to the Cove where we left Toothless and Hiccup only to find their not their. I start to panic a little and tell the others to stay their while we try and find them. Crystal and I fly around berk looking for them and I soon find Hiccup in a caged off area with other teens. I fly down there and go up to Hiccup with my bow and arrow drawn.

"WHAT THE HELL HAVE YOU DOWN WITH TOOTHLESS?" I shouted at him.

"Oh, Rose, um we might've gotten into a bit of a sticky situation." He said as he looked nervous.

"Uhh, Hiccup i don't know if youve noticed but you have a hot, angry looking girl pointing a bow and arrow at you." A boy or girl, I'm not sure what gender, said but both me and Hiccup ignored them.

"YOU THINK?" After I said that I took a deep breath and tried to stay cool while putting down my bow and arrow. "I'll ask it again and you better answer. What have you done with Toothless?"

"Well. I was in the arena with a monterous nightmare trying to calm it but then my dad spooked it and got him angry which made him chase me and I guess Toothless heard all the chaos and came to try and help me but he then ended up getting captured by my dad and then I might've spilled something about the Queen and the nest so their now off to find the Queen with Toothless chained to the ship guiding them."

After what he said I could feel my self build with anger but tried to get myself to calm down by taking deep breaths.

"I gave you ONE job Hiccup. And you failed."

I was about to go up to Hiccup when a blonde haired girl came up in front of me with an axe in hand making Crystal growl coming up to me making the girl back up slightly.

"It's not Hiccups fault you left and it's not his fault that his dad took Toothless." She said still in front of Hiccup.

"Astrid put the axe down. Rose isn't like this, she's just upset about Toothless as she rescued him and he's like a brother to her." Hiccup said while putting his hands on the girl I now know as Astrid and pushed her hands that were holding the axe down. "And I haven't said about the plan yet to get him back, so just wait a minute." He said spiking my interest.

"What plan?" I asked him with furrowed brows.

"If you just calm down a bit and I'll show you but I'll need some help." He asked coming closer to me and holding his hand out waiting for me to shake it so he knows I won't attack.

I sighed before shakeing his hand. He smiled and let go before walking in front of all of us.

"I don't know if youve noticed Hiccup the scary girl has a night fury behind her."

I look over to the voice to see a short boy with dark hair who was hidden behind a plump boy with dark blond hair. I chuckled at the sight a bit before replying.

"She won't hurt you. She comes with me wherever I go so get used to her." I said while smirking as he came out from being the plump, dark blonde boy before looking at Hiccup. "I don't know any of their names." I said to him pointing to the group.

"Oh, right. Well we have Astrid." He said pointing the girl with an axe. "Fishlegs." He said pointing to the plump boy who waved at me with a smile making me nod my head at him in greetings. "Snotloud." He said pointing to the boy who was behind Fishlegs as he looked at me with a stern face and crossed arms nodding at me but I ignore him. "And finally the twins Ruffnut and Tuffnut." He said to the last two who were fighting over something before they bumped into Crystal making them stop fighting and look and her before she blow smoked into their faces making them scream and run behind Astrid as I laughed with Crystal.

"Are you going to introduce us to the very fine women Hiccup." Snotloud said as he started walking closer to me.

I looked at Crystal and nodded at Snotloud gesturing for her to shoot a fire ball at his feet which she did as Snotloud jumped back before a smirk landed on his face.

"Playing hard to get are we. I like that." He said making me roll my eyes at him.

"Guys this is Rose and her dragon Crystal. Be nice or both of them will kill you." He said mainly towards Snotloud.

I nodded towards the group before looking back at Hiccup. "So how are we going to help Toothless?" I asked him.

He didn't say anything just opened up a door and walked inside as the boys lined up next to Astrid while I stayed in the same place. He walked back out but with his back turned and holding his hand out to Hookfang making me smile knowing that he was OK. Hiccup tried to make Hookfang pay attention to him but as soon as he saw me he ran up to me and started licking me  all over, pushing me to the ground. I laughed and soon got him off of me.

"It's nice to see you to Hookfang." I said as we rested our head on one another.

"Uh. Did she just befriend a Monterous nightmare?" A voice said but I was to busy with Hookfang.

I look over at Hiccup and see a shocked look before standing up and brushing myself off.

"Sorry Hiccup. It's just the night you caught me, Crystal and Toothless, I also had other dragons with me and Hookfang was one of them." I said explaining how me and Hookfang knew each other. "You can carry on if you'd like." I said to him.

"Um. Since you know him better you can pick who he goes to." He said pointing to the group.

I smirked and brought Hookfang to Snotloud and grabbed his hand.

"Uh, Hiccup what's she doing?" He asked a little bit nervous.

Hiccup didn't answer him and I carried on with what I was doing. I brought Snotlouds hand up to Hookfang nose and left it there as I let go. Hookfang put all his attention to Snotloud as the said boy started to laugh but he was still a bit nervous. I walked away and stood next to Hiccup.

"Where are you both going?"

Hiccup walks away to a box and grabs some rope before saying. "You're going to need something to help you hold on." He said which confused all of us.

The group eye each other apprehensively, and look up to reveal all the dragons that I know except Moon standing in the ring, facing the group expectantly.

"Oh and by the way Hiccup, I brought some friends." I say after all the dragons are paired with a human.

Hiccup looks at me in confusion before I whistle and Icebane, Midnightwarrior, Rosie, Camo and Thorn come out from hiding and appeared behind me. And let me tell you, the look of shock and horror that was on their faces was hilarious.
