"Uncle Hori, you... don't look well."

Today, Uncle Hori and Megumi ate out at a restaurant.

It had been a while since they saw each other and Megumi wanted to empty his uncle's wallet. Megumi remembered how his uncle said that he would buy anything Megumi pointed at for today's catching up.

The nephew wanted to buy some extra clothes for quite a while now. So, he took this chance to ask if his uncle was free and asked him out.

"Hm?" The nurse hummed, taking a few seconds to process what his nephew just said. "Oh, sorry, I always feel tired when I wake up." Yua Shihori massaged his temples, lines appearing between his eyebrows. "I already had a check-up but they said nothing was wrong with me. It's probably just stress... or Satoru being Satoru."

Megumi almost choked on air when he heard what his uncle said. No wonder he himself was rude towards his own teacher. It seemed like he took after Uncle Hori more than he first thought. Come to think of it, Megumi had already insulted his teacher several times without realizing it.

Sorry, sensei... not.

"Right, Maki-san asked me what day you're free next month. Mai-san texted her that the clan has been pestering her about you."

In an instant, his uncle snorted and Megumi wasn't even surprised. After not contacting Uncle Hori for who knows how many years since he renounced himself from the clan, they still had the cheek to try and reach out to him. Although, Megumi wasn't surprised in the least. After all, only his uncle could be said to be Gojo Satoru's equal.

"Tell Mai to give them my phone number." But Shihori quickly took his words back. "Nevermind, I'll go to Kyoto when I'm free."

Yua Shihori disliked the fact that the clan was pestering his cousins just to get in touch with him. If their faces were that thick, why not contact him directly? Hell, why not let Naoya, that bitchy cousin, come and fetch him here in Tokyo?

"Uncle."

"Hm?"

"I want to buy clothes."

Without saying a single word, Yua Shihori pulled out his wallet and handed an ATM card. "Here, a debit card for you. It has a million yen. Just text me if you're out of money and I'll transfer another million."

"Thanks."

When Yua Shihori saw his nephew smile, he couldn't help but roll his eyes. This kid isn't cute.

"Welcome back, Shihori-san."

A calm, homey voice greeted him the second he opened the door. Yua Shihori raised his gaze, meeting a certain youth's smile. For some reason, his heart almost stopped beating out of fright. This baffled the nurse. What was there to be afraid of? It was just Yuuta greeting him.

Speaking of that youth, Yuuta had been sleeping over at his place for quite a while. When asked for the reason why, Yuuta simply smiled and answered with a, "I got used to sleeping with Shihori-san in the same space."

Shihori found it... odd.

But he loathed thinking about puzzling things the most. Anyway, it wasn't like he had no room in his place anyway. He could still afford feeding another person's stomach. It wouldn't even make a single dent in his savings.
