I have two new sister in laws and they are both busy and I miss them both. Mom thinks I need to find better friends because after my brothers marriages I no longer hear from most of them any longer except for wanting something or needing my abilities and my name to open doors for them. Ethan asked me out, but I just can't go down that road again. Mom is setting me up with some doctor who transferred to Seattle and would like to meet people me being one of those many people. After we got everything done on Kate and Elliott's home and the double wedding my agenda is empty. Mom thinks I could showcase my work and start a career doing just what I did for Elliott and Kate. She got permission from Kate and Elliott to use the photos of my work. Elliott is using them to show what he can accomplish given the time and money.

I have just arrived in Seattle and I know no one at all. I finally signed into work and met a few people who are trying to set me up with whomever they know is single because I am a doctor and single. Oh yeah that is what I need is to get set up yet again. Why is it that everyone thinks that single people should get married at all? This is the question I keep asking myself and others. I just missed the bloody mess of wedded torture by my bride standing me up at the altar. After I stood waiting at the altar my parents thanked God that the bridezilla eloped to Las Vegas with her fathers business partner because he was wealthy with one foot in the grave and no heirs. Too bad too he had the heart of a twenty something beating in his chest from my surgical efforts. The irony of it all is that he has outlived Crystal and left a younger widow everything. Crystal developed Covid and passed away from it three months after they married. Another irony is that her nurse was the younger widow. My parents were right to thank God I was left at the altar and never got mixed up with that family by way of marriage. I was not aware of how often my co workers family would show up at the hospital cafeteria, but I found out today how many found their way to the table us surgeons sat at because of their family sitting with me. One such person was Mia Grey. Okay cute, well gorgeous but spoiled and I can't help thinking of how much her designer clothing cost and she could help others with that money and still wear decent attire. But then she has wealthy parents and brothers and is a trust fund baby. Just as I thought I was about to get set up a guy came over and kissed her on her cheek and they left after a hug and went walking out arms around each other. She barely ate anything at all and her figure was runway model ideal. As I watch Mia and the guy walk out of the cafeteria dr Grace Trevelyan walks in and she hugs both her and the man with her behind her is another man who is also hugging Mia and kissing her cheek. They talk for a moment and head our way, but they choose to sit at another table. I watch them until they notice me looking and dr Trevelyn waves at me and I wave back. Whoever the man is is younger and he is dressed in what has to be a tailor made suit. I failed to notice a couple of guys bring food to them and then sit at the table next to them. Both tables are eating, but something I noticed is they both look around and are keeping their eyes open. I had failed to notice the guys dressed similarly leave with Mia in the same type of suits. I was knocked out of my staring by another young female doctor going on about dr Trevelyn being the mother to Christian Grey and he joins her for lunch at times. I look at her and she says oh he is a billionaire and she is his mother. His sister Mia and brother Elliott just left apparently he and his brother spoils Mia regularly. I finally look at dr Gretchen Miles and she smiles.

I wished I could marry either of the Grey brothers, but they got married and they are monogamous just like their parents are. I see Baxter's eyes change and he asks me is my attraction to the Grey men all about money? I tell him are you kidding me, both Grey brothers could be runway models and look at how many people are checking Christian Grey out. I would love if he would have dated me. See that brunette walking in the door with the two guys behind her, that is Christian's wife Anastasia. Talk about billionaires and she is one as well, just not as known. She could model as well, if you see her at any of the charity events you would see her at her best. She just wants to wear clothing that looks like off the rack pieces and they are. She also has a friend who designs her clothes.

You are very knowledgeable about the Greys aren't you? Can you tell me why Mia is being fixed up by anyone at all?

She has had sone really horrible boyfriends who have tried to get her to the altar just for her family ties alone. She was very naïve and has had her heart broken several times. Now anyone who asks her out are checked out with a microscope and if they don't pass the test they can't be dating Mia. Her brothers are very protective of her at this point. If her mother is setting her up with anyone else you can pretty much be sure Christian and Elliott know and have checked them out very well.
