The sky grew dark
We didn't notice the man lurk
Our dawn was stolen
The tents set ablaze like Salem
A hand was offered
My life was hired
The ribbon on my hair
Was forbidden to wear
My skin was made a fool
Yet I was their best tool
Stories of my unfortunate tale
Was entertaining for the white male
I still fantasize
Those features
That I prioritize
And received many seizures
The name of the creature
Was forgotten after a fever
Yet the sunset
Was comforting
