Tomorrow is the day
When we say
"Thanks"
I could never say such sweeter words than a table filled with cakes.
I just don't know
Maybe because of the sorrow?
If so, I would like to express them here.
Just so I won't start to show my tears.
I'm thankful for the ones that care
And will never leave me alone with despair.
I'm thankful for the loyal partner
That I know he will stay and let me bloom like a purple lavender.
I'm thankful for the people who are here with me
Even though we never meet off this screen.
I'm thankful for the ones who hate me
Because those words are now flowing in the worlds sea.
I'm thankful for the adults that know
And remember me until they see how I glow.
I'm thankful for the parents that show care
Even though they never helped their daughter get repaired.
I'm thankful for the sisters that are my closest friends
But I'm ready to see each one of us fly out of the nest.
I'm thankful for my existence...
Yet I don't understand people's feelings if I were to not be alive in their systems.
