The sun was shining through the trees, warming her skin. The first summer days were upon them, and she could not help but be happy. She walked down the road and entered the village. It looked empty and an uneasy feeling started to make home in her heart.

The wooden houses looked like they just had people in as she could see through the windows food that was still warm.

"This is weird..." she told herself as she walked further and towards the temple. She told herself that maybe they were all called there but she was alone. As she walked around, towards the river that was behind the temple, she spotted a man sitting on the small wooden bridge. Slowly she approached hoping to not make a sound, but it seemed that he spotted her.

The boy's dark brown hair was shining under the sun and when he looked at her, she could not help but relax as his doe like eyes seemed to not send any threatening signals. His light brown skin shined as well, looking even brighter due to the peach colored hanbok he was wearing.

"Where did anyone go?" she asked as soon as she reached him.

"You are late, yet you ask about others and not me?" he responded and got up before walking in front of her.

In contrast to him, her outfit made her look like she was from a completely different time. While he seemed to come out of a history book, her leather pants and black tank top made her look like she came from a book about assassins written in the modern times.

"What do you mean I am late?" she asked and saw his eyes flash red for a second and that is when she realized who he was. The man that's been hunting her dreams. "Am I awake? And where are we?" she asked as she was half conscious about what was going on.

"Sleeping." He says with a sigh and touches her shoulder gently. The world around them changes and they are in an old library, the man now dressed in a pair of black jeans and a loose white t-shirt. "And I am too... in a way." He adds and signals her to a chair to sit.

"How do I know...I mean when I dream, I dream is not like I can control it."

"But I can, I can enter anyone's dreams whenever I want but I had to talk with you." He said and sat down across the table from her.

"Who are you?"

"You forgot me that fast?" he put on a pout

"Forgot... I really don't understand and trust me I wish I did." She said and crossed her arms over her chest.

"Yeomra or Yeomra-Daewang he said and leaned on the back of his chair. "The God of the Dead" He said and smirked but the smirk faded as he saw that she was still questioning his identity. "But these days I go by Melwin, found it easier to fit in with humans." He added.

Rose started to repeat the names she heard in her mind over and over again but the more she tried the more she felt like a wall was being built in order to block anything. "Did you send the letters?" she asked surprising even herself.

He did not expect that question to come but at the same time he was not surprised. "Yes." He replied and looked around. "I don't know why I chose this place... is boring." He said and the world changed around them again, the two finding themselves in a coffee shop. "Better." He said as an ice cream showed in front of him.

"Why?" she asked feeling lost.

"Because the other two won't help you. Yes, they are there with you in the waking world but think that your mind would shatter into pieces if they opened their mouth, which is quite amazing since Fenrir can't keep shit to himself." He said before starting to stuff his mouth.
