Y/n is a 21 year old girl in a village named Gavaldon. One day something happens which completely changes her life. She meets new people, makes new friends and maybe even finds her true love.
It's been more than a week since the holidays ended. Lesso had been acting super strange and with you strange you mean being secretive and constantly whispering to Dovey strange. Amelia on the other hand, she was getting there. She was able to make it through the day but after she was exhausted and clung to either you or Lesso for the rest of the evening. You didn't mind but it did concern you. Nevertheless you continued teaching your classes like there was nothing going but deep down you were worried sick about Amelia and Lesso's behavior. It's evening now and you already put Amelia to bed so you were grading some papers. You were so concentrated that you didn't hear Lesso come in. She cleaned her throat to get your attention.
"Hi there." You said, looking up with a smile.
"Hii." She replied. There was something in the way she said it that made you confused.
"What is it love?" You asked gently.
"N-nothing I just- I wanted to ask if you were free? Tomorrow?" She asked nervously.
"Of course I'm free, is there something wrong?" You responded. You couldn't understand why she was so nervous.
"No I just wanted to ask you." She told you. "I think im going to bed, I'll see you tomorrow princess." She excused. You were about to respond but she rushed out before you had the chance. That night you went to bed a little scared but mostly worried.
The following morning you had to drag yourself out of bed. You got ready and picked up Amelia on the way to the dining hall. You didn't see Lesso which concerned you but you decided to ask her about later. You continued your morning without any problems. Just before dinner you told Amelia you'd be out with Lesso for the evening, she got a bit panicked but you calmed her down and reassured her before it could become major. And so here you were, waiting for Lesso to show up. You saw a note hanging against a tree: Meet me at the place of our first date. It said. You were confused but you went there anyway. After some walking you saw a path of rose petals leading to a candlelit dinner place. You saw Lesso touching up a few things. When she noticed you she clumsily stood up.
"Hi princess." She said nervously. You smiled at her.
"Hi my love." You replied. You didn't know why she was nervous because you'd been on more than one date. You sat down next to where she was previously sat. She sat down again. "Can I ask you something?" You asked carefully. She nodded so you continued. "You've been acting weird these last few days, why is that?" You asked curiously.
"It's nothing really, just stress with the second semester." She dismissed. You didn't believe it entirely but you decided to to push. "How was your day?" She questioned.
"It was alright, Amelia was a bit worried when I told her I was leaving for the evening but she was very brave and calmed down." You informed. "What about yours?" You asked.
"That's very good of her. Mine was okay, nothing out of the ordinary." She said. The two of you talked over dinner. "Why don't we take a walk?" She requested after you finished eating. You agreed and she took the lead while walking around. After a while you came a across a beautiful place where fireflies were flying around, the moon shone on you and the water was crystal clear. You were admiring the view but she didn't join you like she normally does.
"Love, where are you?" You asked before turning around. At first you didn't see her but after a split second you saw her kneeling down on one knee. You didn't know what was going on, you were too shocked to speak.
"Y/n, my princess, the first I saw you in that assembly hall I was instantly in love. You are drop dead gorgeous and the first time you spoke, your voice was so angelic and your eyes were the brightest I've even seen. I've been madly in love with you since day one and nothing would make me happier than having you as my wife. Will you marry me?" She asked. The tears were running down your face, you couldn't believe it.
"Yes, yes. Stand up my love." You said as you helped her up. You knew that had to hurt due to her knee being messed up. As soon as she was standing again you pulled her into a loving kiss. "Nothing would make me happier." You confessed. She pulled out a ring and slipped it around your finger. The ring was the most beautiful you've ever seen.

"Are you okay? How's your knee?" You asked gently.
"I'm okay princess, don't worry. I practiced." She grinned at you. "I always come prepared." She said.
"Of course you do." You replied. "Why don't we go back and maybe see how Amelia is?" You suggested. She nodded and you held out your hand, she took it and together the two of you walked back to the school. You went straight to Amelia's room yo find her sound asleep.
"Goodnight sweetheart." You said before giving her a kiss on her forehead. Lesso did the same and you were about to leave.
"Night mama and mommy." She mumbled in her sleep. You looked at Lesso in shock and you hurried outside before you could wake her. The moment you shut the door you jumped up to hug Lesso. This was truly the best night of your life. You and Lesso retrieved to your room and spent the night together having and hours of fun. Making one another scream each other's name. Eventually you passed out from exhaustion and cuddles up with her under the blanket hoping that there would be many more of these kind of nights to follow. You were madly in love with this woman and couldn't wait to marry her.
