Mu Qing and Jamil stood agape at who was in front of them. Mu Qing felt he shouldn't be surprised anymore but here he was....his mouth dropped and his eyes widened.
The Queen smirked at the astonished looks, "of course, in my magnificent presence is a wonder for all to bask..."
Sir Scurryfoot hopped beside them, "Your majesty...these are young Python and Shen. The junior wizards in training..."
The Queen looked delighted, "why, wizards, you say? Do show me a trick but before tell me about where you came from..."
Mu Qing stared her straight in the eye, "we've been exploring...we've come from a faraway land...where people can travel high in the air, sail through the high waves and contraptions that can make thousands of palaces."
The Queen was initially trying to find a fault in the boy's explanation so she could make known her notorious temper but the thought of how he explained the mysterious objects made her curious. "Oh, faraway land, oh ho ho! Do tell."
Mu Qing asked, "where can these lowly boys sit?"
The Queen simply loved it when she is asked first before anyone else so how could she possibly refuse an answer? "You may remain standing."
"We were from-" Jamil was about to continue when Mu Qing something when the Queen gapped before...you know...
"Can't you see he was speaking to me?!" She bellowed in anger. Jamil froze at her explosive reaction while Mu Qing stayed calm and crossed his arms, "he was merely asking. What's the explosive response for?"
The Queen bellowed, "I am the Queen, whoever I address should answer not anyone else!!"
Mu Qing sneered, "A Ruler known because of the deeds, their ability to inspire others, not to address personal opinions."
The Queen bellowed, "How dare you?? Off with his head!!" Her guard rushed to get the boy when the huge gust of wind emerged his body glowed, and his eyes became silver to Jamil's astonishment.
The guards neared him, Mu Qing grabbed his arm, lifted him, and threw the incoming card-men, "take that!!" Then as another guard came all behind him, he spun around and kicked him on his stomach towards the bushes.
"Archers, aim at him!" The Queen bellowed. "Yes, your majesty!"
Then came dozens of arrows that hit Mu Qing from behind at full force with the Queen's desperate orders. Then said, "原地燃烧..." then all the arrows before him some of which were about to hit his body, and the metal tips of the arrows began to turn red with fire that soon rapidly consumed the entire rain of arrows into cinders.
(Burn in place)
Then Mu Qing lifted a hand and fisted it.
The King and especially the Queen gapped as a dark cloud formed in the sky as a purple crackle of lightning emerged from the sky itself as it descended to Mu Qing's hand. Sir Scurryfoot gapped, "It is not even hurting the boy!"
"Is he an Angel?!"
"A mage??"
Mu Qing glared down at the Queen who hid behind her husband who cowered before the powerful child. "You sure talk big for someone who likes to behead people for the hell of it, yet you're the type to cower when you're confronted by a threat!"
