Holiday Leavings/Invited to Lunch

Note: I know Valentine's Day is overdue and I'm not that into the holiday unless there are candies involved, but I had to keep reading this and editing it. Please enjoy the story. :)

The time of Valentine's Day was quite overwhelming as these other holidays in Twisted Wonderland. Mu Qing noticed Professor Trein had a bouquet and when he asked about them, he explained the flowers were for his late wife. Mu Qing nodded as he gave his subtle ways of showing condolences.

Trein smiled as he and Mu Qing noticed Ashton had been checking himself in the mirror, "ok, ok, Ash! Play it cool!"

He posed a heroic stance as he dialed up a number in his phone, "hello, Beau! Mmhmm, aaah..." there was a sound that implied to Mu Qing...Ashton was trying his best to be attentive but was having a hard time, unless it was about him, "aah...I see you've been reading again! Why don't you take a break from it...you're done..." he cheered and Mu Qing felt touched as he praised.... "thank the Almighty God Xuan Zhen and good riddance to that distraction!..." Ashton huffed and sounded like a perpetual child. Mu Qing smirked, 'he sounds like he's jealous of something or someone taking that person's attention away...'

Trein said, "I must hurry on, Mu Qing-kun, have a good holiday." Mu Qing nodded in kind. He heard the excitement in Ashton's voice.

"Huh?"

"You wanna go to the Sunset Overlook?!" Ashton had this gigantic smile on his face that worried Mu Qing that his eyes might pop out and from the looks of his smile, it may tear his face in half.

"Yes!!! It's a date!!" Ashton left excitedly in a sprint like a giant Rottweiler who was determined to greet his owner from work.

Needless to say, as much as it made him feel interested to know more about Professors, Mu Qing was tired, unusually tired because of all the gifts he's received from Savanaclaws, Octavinelles, Malleus, Lilia, Vil, and Cater and Riddle, even some video games Idia recommended before running away with Ortho who teased him all over the way.

"Mon Ange..." Rook dipped Mu Qing down for a kiss as Leona and Malleus were yelling bloody murder as they were being held back by Lilia and Sebek.

"UNHAND WAKA-SAMA'S BELOVED! I, HIS MOST LOYAL GUARD SHALL NOT STAND FOR THIS HARASSMENT!!" Wincing at Sebek's volume, Ruggie and Jack who were as jealous as Leona and Malleus saw Mu Qing being kissed on his beautiful lips by Rook.

Pulling away, Rook smugly stuck out his tongue at them all as Vil scolded him for lacking in decorum, even though he was irked because he wanted to shower Mu Qing with his affections first.

Rook kissed Mu Qing's hand, "I must be off, dearest Ange. I shall return with gifts!"

He left as he blew kisses to Mu Qing who blushed.

"Touch my Kitten like that again and I'll devour you in front of your dormmates!!!" Leona roared furiously. "The audacity of that miscreant!" Malleus held nothing but irate intentions toward Rook.

Mu Qing had received the most expensive chocolates and an abundance of roses he's gotten from Riddle, Vil, Malleus, and Lilia were enough to make him make a rosebud bush, and many greetings of a mix of being overly affectionate (Cater, Kalim, and Malleus), romantically poetic (Azul, Riddle, Rook, and Vil), lovingly audacious and rather possessive of him to the point blush-worthy (Leona, Ruggie, Floyd, Jade, and Azul) or as Cater mentioned, tsundere-ishly and rather sweet if the excessive writings that implied to him from Jack, Jamil, and Idia were blatant enough, "I love you so much, but I'm too badass or prideful to admit it."

Not only them, but he also sneaked a peek at Mr. Sam giving Edgar a bouquet of daffodils which were Edgar Mirage's favorite plants, and vanilla Macarons. "You didn't have to get me this, Sam...I could've gotten us a date reservation at Royal Snow Cafe..."
