3rd person's POV
Chad and Noba run into trouble of their own, surrounded by dozens more shinigami under the bounts control. "This is getting out of control." Chad stated, dodging an attack from one of the soul reapers surrounding him. Chad does his best to dodge the shinigami attacking him, who start cutting down each other. "They've started attacking one another. This isn't good." Chad watched the soul reapers fight amongst themselves, "Nice work, Ritz. Those animals have now turned on one another." Mabashi chuckled, praising his doll as he watched from a nearby rooftop. His chuckles die down as he suddenly tenses up, sensing a strong reiatsu approaching him. "Captain, there have been reports that Soul reapers from across different squads have been possessed by one of the bounts' dolls and is now attacking one another." Shuhei informed, standing behind Captain Komamura. "This is not good." Captain Komamura stated, he turned to look at Shuhei. "What else is there, Shuhei?" He asked, "It seems to have been the same bount that attacked Rukia and Orihime in the World of the living." He added. "Is there any way for the repossessed to gain control of themselves?" Komamura asked, "If I'm going to be honest with you, Captain, it's not exactly easy. There's no sure way to only defeat just Ritz when she is in someone's bodies." Shuhei explained much to the dismay of his captain.
On a rooftop pavilion elsewhere in the Soul Society, Sui Feng sheds her bloodied garments and other pieces of clothing. "The puppets should be brought under control if the one controlling them is defeated, which means she must eliminate the Bount." Sui Feng noted as she stumbles away. However, Sui-Feng quickly senses the presence of Mabashi, who casually walks into the pavilion. "You know it wasn't that hard to find you. I was in the area and sensed a strong Reiatsu which could only mean that you are a captain." Mabashi explained, feeling extremely smug. Mabashi observes Sui-Feng has been injected with the poison of a Bitto. "Leaving a condensed living soul alone in the bitto causes the soul to rot. Meaning that you will die very soon." He smirked, knowing that he put Sui-Feng in a difficult position. "There is no way to counteract the Bitto's poison." His smugness only seems to make him fail to realize that Sui-Feng knows a little bit more on poison than she has led him to believe. She briefly falls to her knees before pushing herself up and leaping into the air, where a grinning Mabashi follows her and the two begin trading blows. While the two of them evade multiple strikes from each other, Mabashi begins blocking Sui-Feng's punches and kicks with his hands and elbows. As she continues her assault, Mabashi attempts to pull her in by the ankle but she manages to break free and kicks at his face. After grabbing Mabashi's wrist, Sui-Feng pulls him aside and tries to kick him once more but he simply outmaneuvers her attack. He manages to grab Sui-Feng's fist when she throws a punch, throwing her over his shoulder. Sui-Feng quickly recovers and trades several more blows with Mabashi, the two leaping off of and away from each other into pillars on opposite sides of the pavilion. With Sui-Feng having gone up and Mabashi having gone down, the two rush toward each other in midair once more. But both parties block multiple strikes from each other before Sui-Feng swings Mabashi around by the wrist and kicks him away from herself and they land on the ground below.
