Los Angeles, California, U.S.A.

October 31, 2022.

Madison Stone's Point Of View.

I go back to where I was with David, but I see that he is not here, so I deduce that he has gone to class, which reminds me that he, Andrey, and Ryan are in Alexander's class right now. Poor guys.

I was going to go after Andrey now, but since he's there, I will wait him out.

I sit on the bench and stare at a fixed point while trying to think what Anthony would say to me if he saw me going through this.

Everyone has one person they trust to talk to about everything, and my person was Anthony.

Anthony was a kind of psychologist to me. No matter what I was going through, he was always there for me, always supporting me and giving me the best advice I could hear. But now that he is no longer here with me, I'm going to have to learn to fend for myself.

I'm not giving up on making that harasser pay for what he did. I already know that the principal won't help me, which makes things more difficult, but I will think of another way. Even if I have to go to the police station or make what happened something public, I will show them that they messed with the wrong person.

I remember that since the principal is not on my side, if I report the teacher to the police and the case goes to court, he may very well lie and say that I didn't report the school what happened and I won't have any evidence to prove that I did.

I put my backpack on the table and take out a notebook and a pen. I tear a sheet from the notebook and put it on the table, take the pen and start writing a request.

I tell on the paper what happened and when it happened. I tell that I talked to the principal and asked the school to take action on the case. I decide not to put how I was treated, because anyway, if the school doesn't take any action, I can file a lawsuit for moral damages.

Yeah.. apparently I learned something from my father's books that I read when I was younger.

I put my material away and put my backpack on my back again. I pick up the sheet of paper and stare at it. I know that this is still not enough to prove what he did, but it is already a start. I will think about the rest later.

The bell rings and I stand up, entering the inner area again. I will give this paper to the principal and when I get out of there, I will go after Andrey so we can talk. I don't think I will go to any of my classes today because I have some things to take care of.

I make my way to the boardroom again, but don't enter it, because just as I am arriving, Bryan turns down the hallway and sees me, giving me a smile and coming over to me.

"Have you come to satisfy your homesickness for school?" I laugh wryly.

"Miss that school? Not really."

"Oh come on. It's a good school," I deny it.

"You made a big mistake leaving Justice and coming here," he disagrees.

"No. I'm close to you, so I won't regret doing that."

"Thanks, but I really hope you're not hitting on me."

"Can't I say I like being around my friend?" He sneers and I give a little laugh.

"You can."

"So that's it.. by the way, the staff and I are missing you here. Every step we take in this school, Ashley talks about how much you are missed and I agree with her." I smile at what I hear.

"Thank you. I miss you all too."

"Will you come to school again?" He asks hopefully.

"I don't know.."

"I hope so.. of course if you are already better and want to." I agree with the head.

"Uhm.. have you seen Andrey around?"

"Yes. I saw him just now as I was leaving the room," he says seriously and I give him a smile.

"Oh yeah.. I'm going to go take care of a problem at the board now, so we'll talk later, okay?"

"Okay," he approaches me, we give each other a tight hug and he pulls away soon after.

I enter the board, give my name again to the girl at the reception desk and this time she releases me to go straight to the director since there is no one waiting to talk to him and he is not in a meeting.

But before I enter the room, I ask the girl to make a copy of my sheet, which she does and I thank her.

"Madison?" Mr. Williams speaks surprised and I agree.

"Myself."

"What did you come to do here? I already said that without..." I interrupt him.

"I didn't come here to say anything. I just came to ask you to sign this," I place the sheet on his desk and he takes it, beginning to read what is written on it.

"Do you want me to sign a statement from you stating that you reported to the school what happened?" He looks at me and I agree.

"Yes. Or without proof you can't do that either?" I ironize and he looks at me seriously as he take out his pen, signing the paper soon after.

"Satisfied?"

"No. I want you to sign a copy of it too in case you and Alexander disappear with this one," I say placing the other sheet on the table and he looks at me more angrily, but does as I ask.

"Anything else?" He ironizes angrily.

"No. Thank you," I smile falsely, take the copy back and head for the door, leaving the room shortly thereafter.
