Dear Reader,

I want to begin this farewell message by telling you that your appreciation and love for this story has had an astronomical impact on me as a person. Whether that was through your spam of votes I would receive in my notifications or your supportive comments, I loved it all so so so much equally.

With you reaching the end of this story, it means you've quite literally explored the ups and downs and overall workings of my mind. Not that there was anything that intricately written amongst these chapters, but I put a lot of my own emotional inputs and outputs into making this.

Looking back on the journey of this book through its timeline, this was my first ever story here on Wattpad and when I began to create the skeleton of Anastasia's and Samuel's lives, a lot of it was formed around my 16-year-old's sex-driven mind (not a surprise there). Now—peaking at my prime as an 18-year-old amateur author—I've had the opportunity to learn a lot about the formation and inner-workings of storytelling.

To say my style has changed since the beginning of this book is a large understatement—it has completely transformed the way I perceive books. But I love that I've grown so much from where I started. And to those of you who have stuck around ever since the first chapter was published, you already probably remember how horrible my writing once was.

And if you are one of the few who have been following this story since before I dropped off the face of the earth for 4 months during quarantine, a very huge thank you goes out to you. The world has quite literally been flipped upside down this past year, but writing this book kept me sane along the way.

With this being the end of book 1, I hope you continue to read through Anastasia's and Samuel's story through the sequel of this series, The Queen's Conquer (you can find it on my profile). I'm sure most of you have questions that need to be answered after how abrupt the ending of this book was, but I promise that the second book will be just as amazing as the first.

On top of this, I have other stories in the works too, including my modern love-hate romance, Picture Perfect, which follows Sydney—a young college photographer—and her life choices after moving to Seattle with her family as she meets new friends and old enemies while along the way dealing with problems at home. Little does she know though, the people she surrounds herself with might just be the lifelines she leans on in order to find a haven for her and her younger brother.

If none of my books interest you though (which I take absolutely no offense to), I have an awesome list of must-reads titled "things that make me go 🥺💕 (with spice)" that I 1000% recommend. They all contain mature content, but I would hope that you chose to read my book for the sake of the smut that was in it (trust me, I'm sure we all know what I'm talking about).

And finally, I wanted to thank you for your patience with the process of the revisions of this book as well. The project of rewriting half of the storyline was long and tedious but worth the outcome nonetheless. I can say now that I feel a little less worried about how confusing the plot is to each of you and I'm sure you all enjoyed the additional 13 chapters along with the smoother character development. Hopefully, the final revisions of The Queen's Conquer won't have to be as thorough and as much of a pain in my ass though.

You guys mean the world to me, even if we don't know each other on a personal level. My messages are always open though if you ever need to reach out for any reason. And my Instagram is @ horridpegasus if you want to catch any future sneak peeks or in general updates about what's in the works!

Thank you once again, Reader.

Love,

Pegasus xx <3
