Chapter 4 Precautions

It was a few hours since Charlie left the house. He was getting on pretty well after we over loaded him with everything. Alice had seen another vision, a dangerous one too. She saw the Volturi with many witnesses and guards attacking us as we attacked them. We had more vampires than them which was quite unbelievable considering the amount they had. she sketched all the figures she could see so as we knew there was a lot. We decided we would get a head start on gathering our team mates. We didn't want to loose what little family we had. Renesmee will stay with Charlie and Sue so that she doesn't get hurt or possibly die. She wants Jacob, Edward and I to stay with her but we can't, we have to stand by our family. I was sad that I may or may not be able to my daughter ever again. Alice was constantly looking into the future to find out who would die in this fight so as we knew but she couldn't see anything about the fight. It was as if it wouldn't happen. She managed to look past the future which means she wouldn't die but even Edward thought it was strange that she couldn't see anything from the Volturi.
"This is insane!" Alice kept spitting. She was really upset about this. She couldn't see anything from Aro, Marcus, Caius, Jane, Alec, Demetri, Felix or anyone else. "This is frustrating!"
"Calm down, love," Jasper would attempt. He tried using his power to calm her down but nothing was working. It was making him frustrated too, being able to feel her emotions was hard on him. "You'll surely be able to see them in a few days."
"You said that a few days ago!" Alice exclaimed. Jasper tried calming her down again but she soon returned to her frustrated state. "Would you stop doing that! I'm trying to see a vision!" She would scream as her eyes glazed over and glazed back again. "Nothing!"
"Maybe somethings happened to the Volturi?" Rosalie suggested. We all looked at her with a surprised expression on our faces. Why hadn't anyone thought of that? "What? You can't tell me no one thought of that. If you die or get involved with a hybrid your future is unseen by Alice. So?"
"No your right Rose, no one has thought that. We need to go see the Volturi, well just visit their city to see if they are still there. We need to go quick, but not all together, Charlie and Renesmee still need to be protected," Edward stated. We all nodded our heads in agreement.
"Who shall go then?" Carlisle spoke.
"I will, well Rose and I will," Emmett boomed in. Rose nodded her head; she couldn't stand being away from Emmett.
"Bella, would you like to go?" Edward asked. Of course I wanted to go.
"Absoulutely," I replied. "Carlisle and Esme, you too?"
"Of course," Esme replied. "Alice and Jasper stay."
"That's fine, I need to have a break while your gone. I promise I will call if I see anything," Alice chimed. Jasper nodded, I could see he wanted to go.
"Jasper would you like to take my place?" I quickly asked. I pulled my sheild down so Edward could hear my thoughts He looks upset, I have to I thought and snapped my shield into my place. Edward nodded at me. "And Alice, you can take Edwards?"
"No, it's okay, you guys need to go. Don't let me hold your place. Go have a look and call us as soon as you know," Jasper said. And with that we said our goodbyes to the remaining and ran off to Volterra.

It took us a day but we finally made it. We sniffed around for strong scents but there was only two, together, and it was recognisable. I really wished that they hadn't done that I mean what if the Vlturi thought we sent them there and then they decided to come earlier? What did they do?
Suddenly a wave of thought came over me. I pulled down my sheild so Edward could hear my thoughts. What if they killed the Volturi? Rose had a good thought there. Why else could Alice not see them? And why else would they be here? I looked over to Edward who was deep in thought. He looked over to me and mouthed 'your right.'
"Guys Bella just had a thought. She thinks maybe the Volturi got killed by them. Think about it, why else could Alice not see them and why else would they be here?" Edward finished they all looked around at each other. Then something in Esme's mind clicked. It was as in I could hear it.
"Oh my god, we need to find them." She said in sudden realisation.
