NEAR-FATAL ACCIDENT IN LOCAL CIRCUS
A serious accident has occurred at Empiria Cirucs during the popular lion-taming act.
Pixl Riffs (stage name Riffs), 16, suffered severe injuries after being attacked by a lion during his act. His instrument appeared to be faulty, causing him to be unable to control the lion in question, and his partner in his act, Oli Orionsound (stage name Orion), 15, was too busy keeping an eye on the other lion to stop the one attacking Pixl.
He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital. After assessing his injuries, the decision has been made that he will need a prosthetic limb (although the owner of the circus is considering investing in a robotic arm) in place of his left arm, which was severely damaged during the lion's attack, along with his left eye, which he may never be able to see out of again.
