"Alright guys." Davenport stood in his lab, facing his three bionic children, him and them being separated by a control panel. "The next phase of your training is handling extreme climates."

"I don't think I'm up for it today." Micaela said from beside Davenport, Leo on his other side.

"So we'll frost Chase," the scientist continued, not paying attention to the girl's words, "bake Bree, and submerge Adam. That's not part of the training. I just got one of those carnival dunk tanks and I can't wait to try it out."

"Ohh!" Micaela jumped on her heels as Chase stepped into his capsule. "I'll throw! I've got perfect aim." She imagined throwing a ball.

"Yeah, I see." Davenport nodded with a sarcastic tone before turning to Chase. "Okay, Chase, I'm setting your capsule on Antarctic. If it gets to be too much, just give me a signal."

"Bring it." Chase grinned.

"Hey, that's not fair!" Leo complained. "I want to get abused by weather."

"I wanna be set on fire." Micaela smiled.

"Guys, if you really want to be abused, try standing next to Adam with his morning breath." Bree told them.

"I don't have morning breath." Adam shook his head. "It smells like that all day."

"Leo, Micaela," Davenport looked to them, "these guys are genetically engineered to handle these kind of climates. You're not."

"We can handle extreme cold." The two argued.

"Leo, you get brain freeze from chewing mint gum." The man stated, making the boy pout before he turned to the girl. "Micaela, you carry a blanket around you whenever you open the fridge."

"It's cold in the fridge!" Micaela defended.

With a roll of his eyes, Davenport pulled out his ringing phone, quickly answering the call. "Davenport...." he greeted, "what?" He ran across the lab, the kids all following. "Well, that's terrible!" He turned the other way, making the teens back away. "I mean, that's awesome, but that's terrible! I gotta do something." He hung up the phone.

"What's so terrible?" Adam asked.

"Well, I created the world's fastest train, but now it's speeding out of control full of highly explosive nuclonim towards downtown Welkerville!"

"Wow." Micaela grinned in amusement.

"Well, then what was awesome?" Bree asked.

"It's going like 400 miles an hour."

"Whoah!"

"That's awesome!"

"My entire career is riding or perhaps crashing on this train! I don't understand it! My design was flawless!" Davenport panicked.
