The three of them all got cuffed to a beam as the men in suits surrounded them.
"Mr. Dooley, I'm special agent Gordon, department of homeland special ops unit, also known as, d-h-sou." The man explained, standing straight. "It doesn't acronym well.
"Gordon Ramsey?" Leo chuckled, nudging Micaela in the shoulder. But she just looked at him, confused how that would be funny. "Oh, could you just give me a sympathy laugh? Me and my Mick are in a fight right now, I haven't talked her in two weeks!"
Micaela looked lost. "Um... hahaha." She tried to fakely chuckle.
Agent Gordon stared at the two in silence before speaking again. "We don't know how you do what you do, but we're gonna find out. Even if it takes ten years in an isolated desert warehouse. Hope you sweat a lot. That's the only water you'll get."
"Well, what if I just break out of these?" Leo questioned, raising his hands as much as he could with the cuffs on.
"We heard you were freakishly strong, so those are exploding handcuffs. Link breaks, handcuffs detonate."
"Yeah, could you, uh, explode that way." Mr Davenport said the the boy, pointing away from himself. Micaela nodded beside the man aggressively.
"Get your hands off of me!" Tasha was lead into the living room, each of her arms being held by an agent. "I am Tasha dooley of Tasha technologies!" She shoved them off, her hands cuffed together.
"Please don't yell at me, I know I'm in the living room, but, technically, they chained me here." Davenport held his arms up and kept his head down.
The woman ignored him and went straight to her son. "Leo, honey, are you okay? They haven't hurt you, have they, sweetie?" But she was lead away from him.
"I'm sorry, mom. I didn't mean to use my..." He took a look around the angents and then back to his mom. "B-i-o-n-i-c-s at school."
"They can spell." Micaela pointed out.
"We can spell, kid." Agent Gordon told the boy. "Well, everyone except for agent dorris, here. He likes to sound things out."
"He's not bionic, he's just gifted!" Tasha argued, then looked over to her son. "Right, Leo? You were always discovering something new about yourself."
Agent Dorris grabbed her arm again, but she turned to him and yelled, "Watch the suit or I am telling your boss!"
"I am his boss." Agent Gordon stated.
"Then, he's touching my suit!" She complained as Agent Dorris and a few others took her out the door to arrest her.
"Something new about yourself." Davenport began muttering. "Leo, I think she was trying to tell you to escape using one of your new abilities."
"Hello?" Leo held up his cuffed wrists. "Boom-boom bracelets."
"Yeah, please just get arrested and not kill me." Micaela spoke up.
