"I wanted to send you a letter, but off course..I never was a guy with words."

You tried to shut the door but Cole blocked it using his foot.
"Now, now. Why so eager? I saw your little AD" Cole reached in, comfortably putting his jacket to the side.

"Is that the little boy?" You held Brahms tightly.
"..."

"C'mon let me see him," Cole realised it was a doll.
"Yes. They had me sit a doll" you said before he questioned it.

"Well, that just makes this a whooooolee lot easier."
Cole laughed, the lines on his forehead wrinkling up.

You left to get away from him. How determined was he to find you?
"So are we just going to stand here?" Cole put his hands in his pockets.

You headed towards the guest room, a pool table smack in the middle.
"Nice place". Cole took no time to get comfortable, he was already setting up the pool balls in the triangle.

"It's okay I know you didn't really mean that restraining order." Cole remarked.

"I already booked our tickets, make sure you get ready for tomorrow morning."
"What..?"
Cole had booked plane tickets?

"Yeah, I'm ready to be a better man you know." Cole smiled.
You remained silent.

Cole put down his cue and walked towards you, he leaned in for a kiss but you stepped back still holding Brahms.

You went and got him blankets and a pillow. You couldn't afford to make him angry.

His demeanour changed.
"So quick to want me to leave huh? Just know we're getting on that plane tomorrow."
Cole hissed, leaning towards you.

Quickly, while holding Brahms you made your way into your own room.
You felt like crying. You didn't want to leave, you had to find some way.
You held Brahms tightly for the first time.

"I wished he would leave me alone.." you shuddered.
You felt your words ricochet.

You'd think of what to do in the morning.
