Lilacpaw looked shocked. "I don't understand...what visions? What prophecy? Why do you have to go on a journey?" Moonpaw left it to Treepool to explain it to her. He was going to find Featherpaw, Tigerpaw and Blizzardpaw. He was surprised to find them all sitting together by the fresh-kill pile. As he got closer, he could hear their conversation.
"...And then, we were all in a pine forest, with Moonpaw and there were cats in the shadows right?" Featherpaw whispered.
"Yes...but how is it possible that we all had the same dream...?" Tigerpaw wondered. They're definitely part of the prophecy, Moonpaw thought. At that moment, he stepped forward and cleared his throat. All three apprentices snapped their heads around to look at him.
"Did you...hear all that?" asked Blizzardpaw.
"Yes. But don't worry, I understand and I can help you. Just follow me to Treepool's den," Moonpaw told them calmly. Though they looked confused, Featherpaw, Tigerpaw and Blizzardpaw followed him to the medicine den. When they went in, Lilacpaw was sleeping, her silver fur sleek and still. Treepool looked at Moonpaw and saw his worried expression. "Don't worry, I just gave her some poppyseeds. She was quite shocked when I told her." Treepool soothed him. Moonpaw knew he would always be worried when a cat was sleeping at an unexpected time. After Badgerfur...
"Treepool, they all had dreams...the same one. The four of us were in a pine forest," Moonpaw said to her. She nodded with understanding, but Featherpaw looked terrified, Tigerpaw looked confused, and Blizzardpaw tried to put on a brave face, but failed.
"Come, you three. I believe Moonpaw and I have ALOT to explain to you..."
