"Right," said Tigerpaw, "I know that StarClan is always there for us and all, but how exactly do we know which stars to follow?"
Featherpaw's face was alight with laughter at that, but seeing Blizzardpaw and Stormstar's worried expressions, her purrs faded. She turned to her blue-eyed friend. "Moonpaw?" she asked anxiously, "You do know how to get there, right?"
Moonpaw was in the middle of a hesitant nod, when a stinging feeling travelled up his spine, starting at his tail and ending at his nose. He snapped his eyes shut, and opened them again slowly when the feeling had ebbed away. The tall oaks of SkyClan territory and the rest of the travelling cats had vanished, and to Moonpaw's curiosity he was standing on a cloud. Now, Moonpaw wasn't your most logical cat, but even he knew that this wasn't normal. He turned slowly in a circle and saw that, other than the cloud he was "standing" on, it was a clear, beautiful night, studded with twinkling shards of light, that were like stars, but twice as large. But some, he saw, were larger than others. He counted four, then five, then six really big ones, wondering where the new stars were coming from, and realised that they were popping up, seemingly random, to form a long, straight row of glimmering lights. Moonpaw suddenly glanced down, and saw four, tiny shapes walking along the landscape that SkyClan called their home. He looked back at the path of twinkles, and comprehended: StarClan had answered their doubts and questions, and shown Moonpaw the way. He closed his blue eyes, ready to return to his friends, the shapes of stars imprinted on his shut eyelids.

Moonstripe's Prophecy
RandomOkay, this is my first story, so don't judge. It's also probably retarded. It's about a cat from SkyClan who has to go on a dangerous journey. If you have any helpful comments, please put them down! Enjoy! :-)
