5. You are my Happiness

I was sitting in Snape's class with Mattheo. Everyone was quiet. I was very consumed in reading and I didn't even notice how Mattheo have put a note on my book.

Seconds later when I noticed the note, I got surprised and looked around. I saw Mattheo smiling. With his eyebrows, he tried to say me to read the note. I opened the note, in the note was written; "I have a surprise for you. Be ready at 3:33 p.m."

Classes end at 2:30 p.m. so I had about an hour to get ready. I looked back at Mattheo and smiled which meant I will be ready at that time.

As the clock hit 3:33 p.m. Mattheo knocked at my room door. I opened the door and let him in. "Are you ready?" he asked as he took a look at my messy table with jewelry.

"Yeah, I was just searching for a necklace. But I already found it. So I'm ready." I said and approached the door. He took a look at me and then hugged me. Mattheo pulled me into him as close as possible.

"I can't... breath... let go already" He hugged me hard and it was difficult to breathe. But when he let go he whispered, "Sorry, I just missed you."

"You didn't see me for just one hour." I hugged him again.

He said, "An hour is more than enough for me to miss you. I need to see you every second of my life. You are my happiness Y/n." Mattheo hugged me even harder and smelled my hair and perfume.

When we were done hugging we left together. He didn't tell me where we were going and I was curious, "Mattheo, are you going to tell me where are we going?"

"No, it's a surprise." It was impossible to make him tell me. If he said that he won't then he won't. Mattheo always keeps his word.

After fifty minutes of walking, we reached an open field with horses. That looked so amazing. While I admired the place Mattheo already was sitting on the horse. I leaped up onto the horse behind Mattheo.

We rode and I hugged Mattheo from behind. We let the horse run as long as it felt like running. After some time we stopped and Mattheo said, "I want to ride alone, are okay with that?"

"Yeah, only if I ride alone too." We took another horse. He looked at me and said, "Be careful darling."

The horse stood on its hind legs, snorted, and burst into a fury of speed that was the loveliest thing I had ever seen. We raced the horse across a field of dry grass. Five minutes later we came back.

The sun was going down, it was almost sunset. We sat on the grass and looked as the sun slowly disappeared.

Mattheo looked at me and said, "Did you like it?"

"This is one of the greatest adventures of my life. It was amazing." I felt so excited and happy at that moment.

Mattheo looked at my lips and a moment passed, and we kissed. And just now I realized that I want this to last forever. I want to spend the rest of my life with him.

As we finished kissing Mattheo kneeled and took out a ring saying, "Y/n, you are the only girl I know who enjoys being alive more than anybody else who had fallen into the world."

This was more than I could believe. Was he proposing? My eyes watered and I looked at him as he continued his speech. "You make me happy Y/n. You are the reason I live, smile, and exist. Thanks to you I found the meaning of my life. You are the only woman I have eyes for. Your enemies are my enemies, your friends are my friends, and if you wanted, I would burn down the world for you. I love you Y/n. I want to build a future with you. I want to marry you."

I was crying from excitement. Finally, I yelled "yes." Mattheo jumped and hugged me. He put a ring on my finger. We kissed again and he said, "You are mine from now. You are mine forever."

"I'm all yours baby. You are my happiness."
